It was a usual day for Lee Taemin. He got up lazily, slowly got ready for school. He said no to his eomma, who has prepared breakfast for him and waits in the dining room to eat with him. Till he steps down from his home, he used all harsh words and behaved rudely to all the household staff, who takes care of him. It is usual for him to behave that way. He doesn’t know to behave politely, always shouts at the staff regardless of the age. If his school uniform and other things are not ready, the household staffs have to face his angry. When his eomma warns about it, he won't listen to her. As his Appa always corrects and comments on his behaviour, he stopped coming before him very often. Only after or before he goes to the office, Taemin comes down from his room. As an only son to his parents, they gave him a lot of space which leads him to get spoil. Taemin also just like other rich kid, grown as he enjoys his dad's richness and fame. Till now he never cared for anything, whatever he wants he gets it easily, wherever he wants to go he can go. No one to stop him. Never care to study, never worried about his future. He knows his future; it is nothing but the future head of Lee Corporation. His eomma also from a rich family, so whatever his parents own automatically comes to him one day. So he never worried about anything.   Taemin's appa owns a lot of business in the country, broadcast, construction, telecom and many more. But Taemin doesn't have any idea about his appa's business. He always thought it is really easy to maintain a company just giving orders, attending meetings, etc that's all business is.   A big smile formed on his face when he saw his two best friends reached the school gate at the same time as him. It was the start of the new academic year, it is not that three of didn’t meet during their summer vacation. They went to two days trips, enjoyed their holidays and also they have to do some preparations together. All three got down from the car and walks together to their classroom. As the trio walks, all the girls turn to look at them and some tried to get attention from them.   Taemin walks in the centre. Handsome, rich, only heir of Lee Corporation and at the same time spoiled brat.   On his left and right, it's Kai and Jimin respectively. Both are handsome and rich as Taemin. Like their friend Lee Taemin, they both also spoiled brats. All three are friends from their elementary school, does everything together and popular among the girls. All three never worried about their future, they strongly believe that one day they will easily get their dad position in their company.   Like usual, some girls tried hard to grab their attention. They teased some girls with their cool attitude and charming smile. Taemin and his friends never wasted their handsome, good looking charming face and also their dancing skills. Always a lot of girls gather to look at their performance every year school annual functions and other special occasions. They mostly do y and also powerful performance. When they entered their classroom, even their class girls turned to look at them, but they go to their seats which are at the last and started their chats till their teacher enter the classroom. They are now at the start of their year 3 of high school.   After greeting their teacher, Taemin looked down to check his mobile. He won't listen much in his classes.   "Annyeonghaseyo Son Naeun imnida" a girl's sweet voice made him to lookup. A new girl has come to their class. Taemin's eyes got a new sparkle when he saw just one side of her face. So he moved his head to look at her from head to toe. That girl is cute, has a small smile on her face and looks pretty even in school uniform.   "Please help me with this new start. I will do my best" the girl said with a smile and looked at all. For a moment Taemin felt like their eyes met each other. Taemin didn't move his eyes from her till she goes to sit on the empty seat. A smile formed on Taemin's face when he saw her back while she sits.   'She is cute' he said to himself.   Throughout the class, Taemin's eyes always move to look at the girl. Each time Jimin has to poke Taemin's hand to make him come to his sense. In the trio, Jimin is the saviour for the other two to clear their exam and also they depend on him for their assignments and project.   "Yah...just sometimes look out our books too." Jimin uses to say but both never listens to him and they think that it is their time to enjoy life.   "Why do you always look at her?" Jimin asked Taemin pointing Naeun once the teacher is gone.   "She looks pretty," Taemin said after giving a glance to her.   "Hmmm yes, she is also cute but I hope she is not such a talkative like the other one," Kai said and pointed at the girl to whom Naeun is talking. Naeun was talking with a girl who is sitting next to her, that girl is Krystal class representative. She is also a scholarship student just like Naeun. Krystal is from dance scholarship whereas Naeun is from art scholarship as she is good at drawing and won a lot of competitions. Krystal dances so well, so sometimes she will get into a serious argument with the trio especially with Kai most of the time during the dance practise for their dance practice room.   "I don't think so, that she will talk harshly like Krystal" Taemin said.   "Krystal also won't talk harshly" Jimin replied. Both Taemin and Kai looked at each other and shook their head in disapproval.   "Maybe only to you, she is talking good," Kai said and looked at Krystal.   "If you talk humbly to her, she will also behave humbly. Give respect and take respect is her policy" Jimin said.   "Whatever her policy is? For me, she is a scaring witch!" Kai said and Taemin laughed for his reaction.   "I'm Krystal" girl next to Naeun spoke first to her and brought her hand for a handshake to her.   "Annyeonghaseyo Son Naeun imnida" Naeun greeted her formally.   "Don't be formal to me" Krystal laughed, "So you are from art scholarship?" Naeun nodded yes, "Oh I'm from dance scholarship," Krystal said.   "Oh, you are also a scholarship student?" Naeun exclaimed.   "Yes, you can't believe that? I won a few dance competitions too" Krystal said with a proud smile.   "Aniyo, I heard that all students in this school are from a rich family, so I thought you also like that...” Naeun said in low voice.   "Oh jinja...but I'm also from scholarship only," Krystal said, "If you want to know about anything else also say me, I will help you"   "Thank you," Naeun said and they started talking about their studies.   Throughout the day, Taemin can't resist himself from looking at Naeun. During class, lunch break, in the ground, everywhere Taemin was glancing on Naeun but she didn't know that someone is watching her all the time.   When Taemin is in his car to go home, he saw Naeun near the gate with her bicycle.   'Oh she comes in a bicycle.' he thought and was looking at her till their path direction changes.   That night when Taemin closed his eyes to sleep, his mind showed him the image of Naeun which he saw for the first time. He opened his eyes and a smile formed on his face when he again remembers her face.   "Jinja, this girl is..." he stopped and shook his head and again went to his sleep.   Next day morning than usual, soon he got ready for school and was the first one in the trio to reach the school and waits for the other. Kai and Jimin were surprised to see him came early. When they entered their classroom, Taemin's eyes search for Naeun. His eyebrows went high when he saw her.   She showed no interest in looking at the trio like other girls. She was checking and writing her notes whereas other girls in the classroom are looking at their mirrors and grooming themselves and doing other stuff.   'She is different' he thought and a smile formed on his face.   "Don't look at her like yesterday" Jimin warned him before the classroom gets started. Taemin showed his pout face to him in return, Jimin chuckled.   Their English class started, Taemin was not interested in the class. His eyes always move to see her very often.   'Grab yourself, Lee Taemin' his mind . Taemin got a smile when he doesn’t know why he looks at her often.   "Who can say what figure of speech is used here?" The teacher asked pointing at the poem which she wrote on the board.   Taemin's eyes went wide and a smile formed when Naeun immediately raised her hands.   "It's personification Ma'am," Naeun said and she even gave a full explanation in English fluently. All students' eyes went wide; even Taemin's eyes went wide along with his jaw drop. Because it is really difficult for the other students to talk such fluently in English but Naeun spoke well. Taemin got impressed with her skills.   Taemin was on his way to dance practice. Both Kai and Jimin already started their practice. On his way, he saw Naeun coming from opposite with school map on her hand and looking at map and place simultaneously. As she walks looking at the map, she bumped on Taemin, his water bottle and towels that he was carrying got fell down.   "Oh I'm so sorry" she immediately said and picked his things and gave it to him. Taemin was not sure that whether she saw his face or not, so he keeps on looking at her till he reached the practice room. But Naeun didn't bother to turn, she moved away looking at the map. Before he goes inside he saw Naeun asking the way to a girl.   It was so strange to Taemin because most of the time, some girls intentionally bumped on him to gain attention and to start a conversation with him. But today a girl didn't care to look at him. He felt strange and wonder what type of girl she is.   After two days, Taemin saw Naeun going to the library. So he followed her leaving Kai and Jimin. He doesn't have the habit of going to the library, maybe one or two times he has come to the library before.   He looked around and saw Naeun taking a few books from the rack. He went near her and gathered some courage to talk but before he could talk she moved so he ran after her to stop her.   "Excuse me...hey you...” he ran and stood before her. Naeun looked at him with a confused expression on her face.   "Do you want that book?" Taemin asked Naeun pointing the science book which she was holding in her hand.   "Yes" she tried to move but Taemin stopped her.   "Can you give me that book?"   "No I want it to do my assignment," she said and again moved.   "Do you know we both are in the same class?" he asked. Naeun turned and look at his face; she shook her head as an answer to his question and moved.   When Taemin came out from the library, he saw Naeun saying to Krystal and both chuckled looking at him and ran away.   Taemin was looking at Naeun till she gets disappeared. He turned when he felt someone's hand on his shoulder.   "Yah, what are you doing before the library?" Kai asked.   "Did you come here to see Son Naeun?" Jimin asked looking the direction Naeun and Krystal went.   "She didn't even know that I exist in her class" Taemin complained about her to his friends. Both laughed at him, "Yah...if she doesn't know me then that means she doesn't know you both also" Taemin said pointing Jimin and Kai.   "Who cares about it, Taeminnie?" Kai asked.   "I didn't care but still...” Taemin stopped and again looked at the direction Naeun went.   "What else can you expect from a steal walled girl?" Jimin said.   "Steel walled girl?" Taemin exclaimed and chuckled.   "Even me too heard about it. Still, now she doesn't have a boyfriend. Zero dating experience" Kai said as he shows big O in his hand.   "Oh really?" Taemin said, "Why do I see this pretty girl when I'm leaving the country?" Taemin said when the trio started walking.   Yes, Taemin and his friends are leaving the country soon to California to continue the studies.   Studies are merely just an excuse for them. Just to enjoy their life in a new environment, they decided to go abroad.   Mr.Lee, Taemin's appa strongly oppose his idea of going abroad. With the help of his eomma Mrs.Lee, Taemin got permission to go abroad.   Already their transfer procedures started. Till it gets over they decided to come to school because they don't want to be in their home to hear their parents' lectures.   "Why are you saying like this?" Still, we have..." Kai started counting in fingers. "Huh, from tomorrow still we have 22 days to leave the country?" Kai said.   "Till then what you want to do?" Jimin asked.   "22days is not enough for you to make her fall for you?" Kai asked Taemin.   "Yah...stop it no more just game till we leave the country," Jimin said before Taemin could reply.   "It will be fun. Let's have the last bet before we leave." Kai said.   "Hmmm yes, it will be fun," Taemin said and Jimin shook his head in disbelief.   "What you want me to do? What you want me to make her do?" Taemin said.   "Say Saranghae," Jimin said.   "Kiss," Kai said. Both said at the same time.   "Just Saranghae is enough," Jimin said but Kai opposes it.   "Okay, I will make her do both," Taemin said.   "Only within 22 days?" Kai said and Taemin nodded at him whereas Jimin looks worried.   Next day morning in her usual time Naeun came to school and was parking her bicycle in the bicycle stand. Opposite to her, she saw a brand new bicycle. It is an expensive bicycle. So Naeun looked up to see whose bicycle is that. Her eyebrows went high when she saw Taemin with the bicycle. But Taemin didn't look at her.   During class, before she could raise her hand for the teacher's question, she heard a new voice to answer the question. That voice is Lee Taemin. She was surprised and during class, one or two times she turned to see Taemin who didn't look at her.   In lunch hour, when she gave her hamburger set meal token, at the same time she saw a hand with a similar token. That is also Lee Taemin. Till she goes to her table to eat, she turns to see Taemin who is not looking at her.   Evening on her way to bicycle stand, she saw Taemin searching something in the grass. When she was looking at him, she stepped on something.   "Is this yours?" Naeun asked Taemin showing a bicycle key which has a key chain with a tag 'TM'.   "Oh thank you, I was searching for it. Thank you" he said and went to get his bicycle. Naeun was looking at the bicycle and Taemin when he was unlocking his bicycle.   "What? Why are you looking at me like that?" Taemin asked Naeun when he caught her looking at him.   "Nothing" she shook her head, "Why you came in bicycle today?" she asked out of curiosity.   "Can't I come in a bicycle?" he asked.   "Aniyo not like that. You usually come in a car, right" she said.   "I like riding a bicycle," he said and moved.   Naeun looked at him until Krystal touches her shoulder.   "What are you looking at?" Krystal asked.   "Nothing," Naeun said and looked at the gate one more time, "That guy Lee Taemin has come in bicycle today," she said to Krystal.   "So?"   "Why he should come in a bicycle when he has so many cars?"   "He is a crack that's why," Krystal said and that earns her a playful hit in her arms from Naeun.   Next day also at the same time, both reached school and their bicycle is parked near to each other. Taemin gave a small smile when he saw Naeun. But he went to class without talking to her.   During class, Naeun turned twice or thrice to look at Taemin and he noticed it too. He rejoices about it inside his head.   'Yes my plan worked, she is curious now' he said inside his head and recollects how he waited for Naeun till she parks her bicycle, how he waited till she gives her lunch token, how he intentionally put down his bicycle key chain on Naeun's way.   During the lunch break, like previous day Taemin waited till Naeun give her lunch token. Both got their lunch plate together. Both looked at each other and smiled.   "You like gogi?" he asked Naeun. She nodded her head enthusiastically. Taemin chuckled.   "There is a table, let's go there" Taemin called her to eat together with him, Naeun at first hesitated but in the end, she went to eat with him.   "Even I like gogi very much, not well done gogi but medium," he said as they started eating.   "Nado" Naeun said in a bright tone.   When Taemin was rejoicing inside his head that his plan is working, it got spoiled when Krystal came there.   "Krystal I'm here, come here" Naeun called Krystal when she saw Krystal looking for her. Krystal was not happy to see Naeun with Taemin.   "Sit with us" Naeun showed the empty spot next to her. Krystal not to make a scene, sat next to Naeun and gave a sharp stare to Taemin who gave an awkward smile at her.   Kai and Jimin were looking at all these from their table. Once Kai saw Krystal sat with Taemin and Naeun, he took his plate and decided to join them. Jimin, who also don't want to eat alone, followed Kai.   Krystal was not happy with the members on the table. Taemin introduced his friends to Naeun and all five started talking. Most of the times, Krystal gave a harsh reply to Kai and Jimin giggles for it. All wondered for Naeun laughing hard for Taemin's lame jokes.   Other girls in hall turn to Naeun and wonder how she got a chance to eat with the trio and also everybody felt jealous of her.   Evening Taemin smiled and waved his hands to Naeun before he goes. Krystal who was looking at both after their lunch together warned Naeun before going home.   "Don't talk or get along with Taemin, Naeun-ah," Krystal said while they are walking with their bicycle in the silent street to their home.   "Why? He talks nicely" Naeun said.   "He talks nicely with all girls" Krystal looked at Naeun's confused expression, "See, just to have fun, he talks and will ditch the girls, once he got bored. And also most important is, no girl will like you talking with him, it is not good" Krystal said. Naeun really can't understand her words completely but decided not to talk with them too much.   Next day Taemin saw Naeun in the parking area. "Naeun-ah wait let's go together," he said as he parks his bicycle.   "Aniyo, I have some work in the office," Naeun said and moved away.   Taemin expected it, he already guessed Naeun will avoid him, "Surely this Krystal would have said something about me," he said to himself and walked to the class. Even in the classroom when both had eye contact, Naeun tried to avoid it.   'As expected, hope I get any chance to make it okay' he thought.   Jimin and Kai called him to dance practice room but he showed no interest to them, just keeps on looking at Naeun. After no chance of talking to Naeun, Taemin came to dance practice
