The next day Chaewon did really show up. She rings the doorbell just enough to alert Yena that she has arrived. Along with Hitomi on her side. But there was no hint of movement from the house. So she pushed the bell once again, faint bell sound could be heard until it disappeared as soon as she lifts her finger from the button.

However, inside the house, the bell was loud and strident that it breaks the silent morning air. Demanding Yena who was stubbornly playing her game inside to pause and drift her attention to the door as she stood up. Heading out, she dragged her feet until they started to walk with more effort after some moment. She remembers who her visitor might be. The clock showed seven in the morning and she didn’t think the visit would be this early.

Yena peeked behind the door, her guess was right. She wore her sandal before opening the door widely, walking straight to the gate to let her guests comes in and into the house building.

Hitomi’s eyes were everywhere, widening and looking intensely at the place she just stepped in. “This house looks so nice… and grand, Yena-unnie,” she commented, still amazed with the interior.

Hearing Hitomi’s words, Chaewon who has just done wearing slippers eyeing the place quickly. “Must be a little bit pricey…” her eyes wanders at how spacious the building was.

“A little bit more pricey, Unnie,” Hitomi corrected, following Yena who leads them to the sofa in the middle of the room.

“And a bit too big for two souls living alone,” Chaewon added even more.

“Shut up, you two! Don’t remind me at how my money just flew by easily!” Yena still remember how all her saving evaporates from her account in instant, it was just like yesterday in her memory.

“But it must be comfortable living here, I would like to live in a house like this too,” another comment from Hitomi successfully made Yena to smile proudly right away.

“Anyway, where is Yuri?” Chaewon asked, she questioned as to why she didn’t see Yuri there. Also to sneakily changing the subject, in case Hitomi would unnecessarily ends up of desiring a house like that too.

Gentle footsteps could be heard knocking down their ears, approaching bit by bit from the stairs. It was Yuri’s. She went down immediately as if she was being summoned after Chaewon mentioned her name before. Her hair looking still a bit wet from the shower she just had. In fact, she could dry it completely but just gave it up. Yuri was being impatient to meet the guests.

“Oh my God!! Chaewon and Hitomi! Good to see you two here!” she paced up her steps and hugs them one by one. Not to forget walking her way over to Yena and sending a light peck on the girl’s cheek as she usually do. “Good morning, Yena.”

Seeing the other couple’s affection right in the morning made Chaewon to glance at Hitomi’s cheek, but divert her gaze back on something else in the room. Meanwhile Hitomi, noticing she was being stared for a split second, turned her head at the girl. Her eyes focused on her nose; and goes on to the tip of the latter’s lips. Realizing what she has been staring, Hitomi keep her head low, shaking her head silently while trying to lock down any thoughts that she was having.

“Can you two not–“ Chaewon was about to comment what Yuri and Yena did.

Then a sudden heat met Chaewon’s left cheek. It happened fast, like a car’s light passing by on the night, cruising down her skin. Chaewon was absolutely unaware that Hitomi was dwelling inside, losing to her inner mind until the younger girl decided to give her a light kiss, so quick yet so smooth.

Yena and Yuri who already turned their head at the two, due to Chaewon’s unfinished words earlier, saw it all. Yena pulled a dorky grin face with eyes moving back and forth between Chaewon and Hitomi. “Oh wow, slow down you two… It’s still morning, please,” she teased.
