"Not at all? Then what about the calls from other women and you smiling like a fool when you should be lying in bed with me? Why did you ditch our Saturday movie night with us and go to Jennie's? Why did you don't say 'i love you' to me anymore? Why did you push me away when you clearly need someone to comfort you, because I'm your girlfriend!"

That hits Joy's heart to the core. Tears unconsciously running down to her cheek.

"I don't love you anymore, Joy! Stop being a rebellious kid and don't make this harder for us,"

That's all Irene said before walking out from the room, slamming the door hard. 

There goes Joy, collapsed on the floor before crying her heart out.

"I'm moving out from this apartment."

Joy was taking her belonging outside the house, ready to go out from this suffocating apartment. Yeri, Seulgi, and Wendy helped out with taking out all of Joy's stuff. She needed to go out to move on, and to get a better life outside. 

"Is there anything you've left at your room?"
Yerin asked, closing the back car bumper.

"Nope. That's all I got." Joy shook her head, before turning her back to the sad trio.

"Do you really need to go?" Seulgi pouted cutely, holding my hand. 

"I'm not dying, unnie! We can meet up!"

"But it's not the same when you're with us... I don't have a prank buddy anymore," Yeri tried her best to hold her tears, while Wendy looked at Joy with carefulness. 

"Please keep in touch, okay? Call us if you need anything. We will come to your house next week. And please take care of y--"

"I'm totally fine, Wendy unnie! I'm not moving out to Jeju Island! It's just closer to my workplace," Joy tried her best to give her smile to the trio. 

"You're not seeing her? She's in her room all day long." Seulgi mentions, her eyes carefully looking at me. 

"I don't wanna see her." Joy shook her head. 

"In fact, I don't wanna see her my whole life."

Seulgi woke up at the middle of the night, feeling like a desert in . She needs to drink badly. 

She went to the kitchen to drink, and after she was done, she was surprised by the tiny figure sitting on the living room couch. 

"Irene unnie, why haven't you slept yet?" Seulgi wonders, approaching the older.

Not until Seulgi saw two soju bottles with tteokbeokki on the table. 

Seulgi sighed, before sitting beside the older. "Just let me be your drinking buddy tonight," Seulgi took the shot glass, pouring herself a drink before saying, "I needed a drink anyway."

Irene kept her head down even before Seulgi acknowledged her, finally look up to the younger. 

Looking at Irene's face, Seulgi knows she need someone to be with her that time. 

Seulgi knows Irene like an open book.

"I ed up, did I?"

"You did. Real bad." Seulgi nods, and took another shot of soju.

"What am I supposed to do now? I..... I'm not being myself these past few months. It's like I'm hypnotized by something."

Seulgi must have noticed the older's horrible trembling hands, and holds it.

"Hey. It's okay. Just make this as your lesson, okay? You can't change the past." Seulgi assured the older, squeezing her hands lightly.

Irene hoped she'll be fine. 

They tried to distract themselves by searching for their own happiness, although it takes a few years to. 

But are they really happy?
