AUTHOR’S POV

The moment Jessica heard the doorbell rings, she immediately stood up and seemed like she became hyped up. She fixed her hair quickly and ran towards the gate of their house to open it for the person on the other side.

She opens the gate slowly and at the same time, her heart beats quickly for the person that she tried rejecting but still wants him.

“A-appa?” it seems like the energy inside her body drained when she saw who’s in front of the gate. Even though she didn’t say it, it is visible on her face that she is disappointed. It is very obvious that even his own father noticed it.

“Sorry if I’m not Yoong.” his father ,

“Why are you saying sorry appa? I’m not waiting for him, alright? Come inside now.” denied Jessica which caused her father to laugh at her.

She’s not saying anything but everyone in the house knows that she misses a guy named Yoong. It’s been two days since the guy last visited.

"Mommy, when is daddy master coming back? Did you guys fight? Is he leaving us again?" Yoongi asked Jessica after she sat down beside him on the couch. It’s not only Jessica who misses Yoong, of course the little boy misses him a lot.

Jessica doesn’t know what to answer to Yoongi. She also doesn’t know why Yoong suddenly stops visiting the house. Last time he came, he proudly announced to everyone that Jessica finally agreed on him courting her and Jessica felt that Yoong was really serious about her but now she’s confused why he went missing without saying anything.

While thinking about what to answer to Yoongi, she slowly feels the doubts inside her. She’s doubting if it’s right to believe in Yoong again.

"Mommy! Answer me please! Is he leaving us again?" Yoongi asked again.

Jessica was about to answer when someone beat her to it.

"Who's leaving who?” A voice behind Jessica spoke and even before she looked behind her, Yoongi ran quickly to the person who intruded. At that time, she knew who it was.

She knew the person that she’ll see when she turns around but when she saw him, tears started welling up in her eyes. She doesn’t know why tears are threatening to fall when she sees Yoong.

"Daddy master! I missed you! I thought you're gonna leave us again! Bad daddy master!" Yoongi excitedly hugs Yoong. Yoong didn’t mind him and just looked at Jessica who was staring at him.

“Oh? Why are you tearing up there? You missed me a lot, noh? So my plan was effective.” Yoong said while wearing a smirk.

“Who’s tearing up? Who missed you a lot? Stop saying nonsense!” denied Jessica once again. She avoided his eyes.

Yoong walked towards Jessica and pulled her gently to face him. “I’m sorry if I didn’t inform you. Taeng hyung just suddenly fetched me because he has a problem. So we accompanied him, that's why I came back here just now.

“Why are you explaining to me? Tell that to Yoongi since he was the one who’s asking about your whereabouts,” said Jessica even though her insides felt happy since she already knew the reason for him being missing. She was about to let go of him but Yoong held her hands to pull her in a hug.
