The Saddest Night: Why?
Every Night (매일밤)"Unnie-chan!" Sinb sweetly called from the door of the studio where Eunha has been spending most of her time lately.
"Mwoyah!" Eunha chuckled as the younger Eunbi presented herself like she was a surprise for her the moment she stepped into the said room- with arms spread wide, slightly leaned back as if expecting a great welcome hug.
"Busy?"
"Hmmm, a bit. Just trying out some melodies. Bored at home?" the older Eunbi throwing back a question.
"Well, I figured I have to fetch you here." Sinb couldn't hide the concern from her voice as the older Eunbi has been spending her time more and more in her studio that now it's almost like she's living there.
"Eh? Is there a problem at home?" Eunha couldn't help but also ask in concern thinking that something might have happened that requires the maknae to fetch her and her mind is just giving her many negative thoughts.
"Should there be, unnie?" Sinb challenged her seeing the worry that etched her face. The maknae wanted to confirm something that she played her card, the benefit of the doubt. However, Eunha was quick enough to notice her game that the older girl just heaved a sigh to it.
"Gosh, Eunbi." Eunha glared, "Do you miss me that much? You should at least have brought some food." she added with a smirk.
"Jinjja! Unnie! You are so heartless. Do you know that?" Sinb stomped her feet with a whine but then sat herself at the stool beside Eunha. The older was actually working on the piano when the younger came.
"Oh! You didn't mean that. You know I always love you." Eunha playfully answered that had the maknae to cringe. When will Eunha stop treating her like a baby?
"Keundae* unnie, can I ask you a question?"
"Hmm?"
Maybe it was the softness in the older's reply without the expected sarcasm that Sinb was sure she'd throw at her after realizing her question- something along the lines of "you already did," or the melody that is played on the piano, subconsciously at that, that Sinb had the hard time of actually asking the question.
"Ahm, nothing." she brushed off.
"Mwo-yah?! You are making me curious. Tell me!" Eunha stopped playing and proceeded to poke Sinb on her side that resulted into a tickle fight between them.
"Ahhh! I'm hungry! What do you want to eat Sinb-ssi?" The latter couldn't help but look at her unnie who has her eyes on the ceiling as they are both lying on the floor after their tickle fight. Never has she heard the older laugh with such genuineness again until just moments ago after that unfateful night that she wished should never have had happened.
"Is unnie going to treat me?" She rides along, acting cutely despite the chill that runs along her spine.
"Dang-geunhaji, nae aegya!" Eunha replied patting Sinb's stomach as she got up and grabbed her phone from the piano to order their food already. However, the latter stopped her from doing so.
"I actually promised Sowon-unnie to bring you home for dinner in exchange for her cooking for me." It wasn't her plan to sound so pathetic but the glare that older girl directed on her just made Sinb to shrink in place. "I'm so sorry unnie. It's just..." she started to explain.
"Fine." Eunha, however cut her off still with the eyes that are shooting daggers.
"Fine." This time, she breathe a sigh calming down. "I get it. You're worried," she added as she fixed he
