I stormed out of the restaurant in alarm.

“Try me,” I could hear his voice in my head and shivers went up my spine.

I came over here half awake and nursing a bad hangover.

But the way Jaewon looked at me, I couldn’t help but get shaken up.

There was something different about him this time.

I was used to his episodes but they were never directed to me.

I couldn’t believe it.

Would he really hurt me too?

I continued to break down as I walked to the parking lot.

And then I realized that we came in his car.

I panicked.

I wiped my tears away and looked over my shoulder.

And in my fear that he would chase after me, I immediately hailed a cab.

“Drive as fast as you can, Ahjussi.” I asked the driver the moment I stepped inside the car.

He quietly obeyed.

After minutes of driving around aimlessly, he finally asked, “Where do you want to go, Miss?”
