“It’s a long story - and a bit complicated,” Jennie began to explain.

We were at a small café in Hongdae. I made her manager drive us here after we left the restaurant.

I was seated with arms crossed right in front of her.

“What do you want to know?” she asked.

“Everything.”

“Alright. Well... “ she took a long sip of her drink.

“Well what??” I demanded, getting impatient.

She laughed, “I was just teasing,” she put her drink down. “He’s my.. boyfriend?”

“What?!” I almost fell off my seat.
