JENNIE

I sneaked into Hanbin’s bedroom and found him sound asleep.

Their manager let me in.

I found myself standing outside his doorstep without a clear plan on how to explain why I was here again

Luckily their manager was heading out

He let me inside after warning me not to get into trouble

I observed Hanbin in his sleep.

He must have been tired.

Come to think of it, I never asked where he slept last night since he let me and Raesung use his bedroom. 

Or if he even slept at all.

I decided not to wake him up.

I settled on a bean bag on the floor and stared at the ceiling

I could feel tears welling up in my eyes

And I tried my best to sob quietly so I don’t wake him up

Why was I being such an emotional mess? I didn’t bother to wipe the tears away

Then I stole another glance at Hanbin.

Having him beside me like this was strange

I instantly felt a lot safer, a lot better

Even if he wasn’t awake

Even if he doesn’t know what just happened

I continued to sit there in the dark

And I stayed still for so long that I eventually dozed off

I woke up much later shocked to find myself in an unfamiliar place again

Then I saw Hanbin asleep right in front of me

His blanket was now on the floor and he was more exposed than earlier.

So he sleeps without a shirt on, I thought.

I was shivering in my seat and noticed that the AC was blasting

Isn’t he cold?

I slowly stood up and tip toed my way closer to him, picking up the blanket on the floor and putting it over his body

His alarm suddenly went off

I stopped moving as he reached over his head, searching for his phone, eyes still closed

He looked possessed, it was ridiculous
