Chapter 5

Wondering

At lunchtime, Summer was thinking, why would Anna say that? She went to the canteen and saw Steve flirting with other girls. Summer pretends that she didn’t see him. Anna called out to Summer which caught attention to Steve. Summer tries to pull Anna to go with her. Suddenly, Steve comes up to them.
“Hi” said Steve.
“Hi, bye” said Anna.
“I think I disturbed you while you were talking to other girls” said Summer.
“Nah, I just came over” said Steve.
“Anyways, bye” said Anna, dragging Summer away.

Steve was confused. Summer and Anna went outside the playground but Summer didn’t ask Anna why she didn’t want to Steve because she knew Steve did something to her that made Anna angry at him. Summer hopes Steve have nothing to with her past because if she remember everything. She doesn’t want to be sad over him. As she came down from the library, she saw Alfred. Summer told Alfred about her losing her memory and she can’t remember anything.

Normally when people lose their memory, they would try to remember everything but Summer was different. She doesn’t want to remember anything. She wants to start new. Every time Summer goes to the canteen, she has a familiar feeling she tries to ignore it so she went to line up for lunch order then she discovers Steve was behind her. She didn’t want to talk to him.

Suddenly in front of the line, these guys were playing and pushing each other. One of them accidently pushes his mate to the people in line. The girl in front of Summer pushed Summer accidently while the people pushed her. All the guys fault, Summer couldn’t keep her balance and tripped during the floor was slippery. Suddenly Steve caught her, Summer looked at Steve then scenes of Steve flashed in Summer’s head. Scenes that she doesn’t remember. Summer quickly go back up to her position and said

“thank you”. Got her lunch order and left in a hurry, she was shocked.
