I asked Wheein to be my girlfriend today and she said yes! I might have fainted. So much for taking it slow haha but I couldn’t help it. It was the right time.

My family is here with me since they surprised me last night and my mom instantly took a liking to Wheein after I introduced them. She gushed about how pretty my girlfriend was and took off with Wheein to the grocery store.

My dad likes her too and told me “You’ve got good taste like your old man Hyejinie.” 😳😆

My sisters teased me all evening and night 😫

Wheein also had to spend the night because my parents insisted she stayed so she and I slept on the floor, my sisters on my couch and I gave my parents my bed. Now there is a whole lot of cooking going on and Byul unnie just arrived with Yong unnie and they’ve brought nothing but alcohol.

New Year’s Eve will be a huge party. I took the chance to properly ask Wheeinie to be my girlfriend because she does have an event tonight so we won’t be together ㅜ.ㅅㅜ

Honestly, after I left Jeonju I was worried about what they thought and how they had reacted but seeing me again and maybe meeting Wheeinie helped? Their support is all I wanted and I’m so happy to have it.

What a way to end the year and start a new one.
