Last day in Milan

 

Good bye!

 

Yoona, Hani, Yuri and the masters in the house couple really enjoyed their dinner while sharing some stories of Yoona and Jane when they were living together as friends, and how Jane met Paul and eventually getting married. They didn’t realize that time went so fast until it’s about the time they have to go back to their hotel.

 

“Thank you for dinner tonight, Jane”, Yoona thanked her friend as she leaned forward to hug her.

 

“You’re most welcome, Yoona. Thank you for coming to our humble house. You know, me and Paul are really busy running the restaurant these days, and we seldom got a chance to spend together like this with our friends. I envy you, you know,” Jane said.

 

“Sometimes in life, we need to take a break, Jane. Just get yourself and Paul some time to have a vacation together. You guys really need that. It’s okay to leave your daily routine awhile. Get some fresh air, go anywhere you like”, Yoona advised.

 

“We would love to do that someday. Summer season is the right time for us to go for vacation, right, honey?”, Jane said.

 

“Yeah, I agree on that. I will discuss with my other fellow chefs if they could run the business without me for a while. I will find the right time, and then we can go for vacation. Why don’t we go to Jeju Island? I heard the place is beautiful, and I would love to try some Korean food,” Paul replied.

 

“Sounds good, honey. We can visit Yoona in Seoul too. I want to eat at your restaurant”, Jane agreed.

 

“You are welcome to visit my restaurant at any time. You can visit Yuri’s ranch too”, Yoona suggested.

 

“I can’t wait for that time to come!”, Jane said while clapping her hands excitedly. The others just laughed at her act.

 

“Aunt Jane can meet DooE too”, Hani said.

 

“DooE?”, she asked.

 

“Hani’s puppy, and also her best friend”, Yoona replied. Hani nodded in agreement.

 

“Oh, I would love too, sweetie”, Jane said as she smiled.

 

“Alright. We have to go now. Call me whenever you want to visit us in Korea. We will make sure to clear our schedules for both of you”, Yoona said as she hugged Jane once again and patted her back before she halted the hug.

 

“Sure, will do”, Jane replied. Yuri and Hani also bid their good bye to Jane and Paul before they left the couple’s house.

“Sleepy?”, Yuri asked Hani who was lying on the couch with her head on his lap. The little girl nodded as she keep on yawning several times while rubbing her sleepy eyes.

 

“Just sleep, okay? Daddy will put you to bed later”, he said as he gently his daughter’s hair.

 

“Good night, daddy”, Hani said as her eyes slowly closed.

 

“Good night, baby”, he replied with a smile and gently patting on his daughter’s arm as to soothe her to sleep.

 

Yoona just came out of the bathroom and went straight to the dressing table. She took the lotion bottle from the table and applied some lotions on her hands while looking at the father and daughter who were on the couch. Yuri was watching some random programs on TV while Hani has already into her dreamland. Done putting the lotion, she then walked towards the couch and sat next to Yuri.

 

“She’s sleeping already?”, Yoona asked.

 

“Yeah. I bet she felt extremely tired from the activities today, plus Paul and Jane cooked delicious food for dinner tonight. She ate a lot”, Yuri replied.

 

“I know”, Yoona said as she giggled. “I have a little buddy here when it comes to eating food a lot. Glad to know that”, Yoona jokingly said, causing Yuri chuckled on her words.

 

“Ya, don’t try to make her fat, will you? I know you’re not easily gaining weight, but not my daughter. Need to watch her food taking though”, Yuri said in concern.

 

“Aishh.. Just chill, honey. I’m just kidding, though”, Yoona replied with a chuckle.

 

Yuri just smiled and put his arm around Yoona’s shoulder, pulled her closer to him. Yoona then circled her arms around his waist, slowly adjusting her body as to make it comfortable. Yuri smiled again as he felt fluttered of her sudden affection. No single words being uttered from both of them as their eyes just focused on the TV screen.

 

A few moments later, he felt heavy on his waist area, and he found out Yoona has already fallen asleep. He just smiled and pecked on top of her head. He just continued watching the TV program until it ends, and later he woke her up and asked her to sleep on the bed. He then carefully lifted and carried Hani into his arms, and put the little girl in the middle of the bed.
 

“Good night, you two. I love both of you so much”, he whispered before he switched off the bedside lamp and lying down beside Hani.

Meanwhile, in L.A

 

“DING! DONG!”

 

A few moments later, the door slowly opened, and Krystal immediately smiled as she saw her beloved fiance appeared in front of the door.

 

“Hi, babe!”, Amber greets her and leaned closer to hug her.

 

“I thought you’re going to come home late?”, she asked as she returned the hug. Amber halted the hug and grabbed Krystal’s hand, gently pulling her to get inside the house. Krystal pushed the door to be closed and just letting Amber dragging her to the living area. Amber then let go of her hand, and slouching his tired body on the couch.

 

“Matt came just in time, and I don’t have to stay to attend another case. I’m tired already, handling four cases today”, he said as his eyes closed.

 

“Aww, poor my baby”, she said and immediately sat next to him. She circled her arms around his waist and hugged him. Amber then pulled her closer and hugged her. They were stay hugging each other for a while.

 

“I need a vacation. I need to get some fresh air. Let’s go somewhere, babe”, he said.

 

“I thought you want to save it for our honeymoon? Our wedding is about a month time, honey”, Krystal replied.

 

“Yeah, I know. I just want to take a break. It doesn’t matter where. Two or three days are enough,” he said as he keep on yawning.

 

“Alright, alright. Let’s think about it later. For now, you need to take a shower and then take a nap for awhile. I will wake you up when dinner is ready, okay?,” Krystal instructed.

 

“Okay,” Amber obediently replied. He pecked on her cheek before he got up and heading towards the bedroom.

The next morning, at the hotel’s cafe in Milan

 

“So, what are we going to do today? It’s our last day here,” Yuri asked Yoona. The trio were in the middle of having their breakfast.

 

“Let’s do some shopping for our family and friends. I want to buy some souvenirs for Sunny and for your parents as well,” she replied.

 

“Sounds good to me. I want to buy souvenirs for Hayoung too. She kept on texting me, reminded me to buy her a Gucci handbag that she wanted so much. It’s a limited edition she said,” Yuri said. Yoona’s eyes widened as she was surprised, and she felt slightly jealous over Hayoung. Realizing that Yoona was staring sharply at him, he just chuckled and cleared his throat.

 

“I forgot to buy her birthday present last time, and I have already promised her. That’s why before we departed, I asked her once again what she wants, and she kept reminding me about the handbag she likes. Don’t worry, okay? Hayoung is just like a little sister to me. My mom and dad even regarded her as their daughter since they only have two sons,” he explained.

 

“Arasso, if you say so. I want to buy a limited edition handbag too as for my souvenir. You will pay for it,” she nonchalantly said. Yuri looked at Hani, and the little girl just shrugged her shoulders while munching her food. He knew Yoona could afford to buy anything she wants, but her jealousy has made her acting childishly towards him. He then chuckled and smiled.

 

“You’re jealous, aren’t you?,” he replied as he .

 

“Huh? Me? Jealous? Who said I’m jealous?,” she nonchalantly replied. Yuri just chuckled as he knew her well. Ever since they got together, she will react the same whenever she saw Yuri were talking with other women which were not familiar to her.

 

“Alright, alright. I will buy anything you want as a souvenir, how about that?,” Yuri said. Yoona eventually smiled while munching her food. Yuri chuckled again while shaking his head in disbelief.

“Hmm.. this is good!,” Amber humming in satisfaction while sipping the spicy tofu soup. He scooped some rice and quickly shoved it inside his mouth. He scooped some more soup and made a slurping sound once again.

 

“Eat slowly, honey. No one is chasing you though,” Krystal said in concern.

 

“I’m hungry after a long nap. Your cooking is getting better and better, babe. I love it!,” he replied and praised her.

 

“Thank you,” Krystal thanked him with a smile.

 

After they got engaged, she had promised herself to treat Amber better and learned to love him the way he deserves. She learned that Amber loved eating Korean food instead of Western, so she enrolled a Korean cooking class in L.A and learned to cook Korean food whenever she’s free. Her cooking skills were getting better and better within the time, and she’s glad that Amber loved it.

 

“Can you cook for me everyday after we got married? I don’t want to eat food from anywhere else other than your cooking,” he cheekily said. Krystal raised her brows in surprise.

 

“You want me to quit my job at my dad’s company, and stay at home and cook for you?,” she asked in a high pitched voice causing Amber to feel shocked and anxious.

 

“T-that, if you want to. I-if you disagree then it’s okay for me. I’m.. I’m just suggesting,” he stuttered as he almost whispering. He knew Krystal definitely won’t agree with his suggestion. He glanced at Krystal who suddenly fell into silent, seems like she’s in a deep thought.

 

“Hmm.. I have been thinking about that recently. Honestly speaking, I have some ideas to work at home after we got married. I want to do vlog about cooking and food just like other people did nowadays. I have a great interest in cooking and baking lately,” she replied.

 

“Really? That’s a great idea, babe. I will support you two hundred percent!,” Amber said enthusiastically, causing Krystal laughed over his excitement. She knew Amber wanted to spend as much time as possible with her because of his work. He used to tell Krystal that he wanted to resign from his current job, and to open his own clinic after they got married, so that they could spend their time more.

 

“I know you will love it. You want to add some more rice?”, she asked. Amber nodded and quickly handed his rice bowl to her.

“Daddy, can Hani buy souvenirs for DooE?”, Hani asked her father. They were doing some shopping at one of the infamous shopping malls in Milan.

 

“You want to buy souvenirs for DooE?”, Yuri replied. Hani nodded. “Arasso. After we finished buying souvenirs here then we can go to pet accessories shop nearby, okay?”, Yuri said.

 

“Thank you, daddy”, Hani thanked him.

 

“You’re welcome, baby”, Yuri replied and patted on Hani’s head gently. He then turned to Yoona who was busy looking for things she wanted to buy for her family, friends and not to forget her restaurant staff.

 

“Did you get all what you want to buy for them?”, Yuri asked right after he approached Yoona. She was in the middle of choosing the purse colors for her female staff.

 

“Help me here, please. I don’t know which colors are good for my female staff”, she replied while holding two purse with her both hands.

 

“Just choose warm color for older staff, and bright color for the younger staff,” he suggested. Yoona squints her eyes at Yuri suspiciously. Yuri raised her brows, giving her his questioning look. He then chuckled as he knew Yoona was still couldn't hide her jealousy whenever there were things related to Yuri and women.

 

“Did you forget, I used to marry Jessica? She was the one who taught me about women’s stuff and fashion. I learned from her, though”, he said as he reminded her again. Yoona sighed in defeated.

 

“I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to act like that. Maybe because of my past experience has made me become like this”, she replied. Yuri just smiled and leaned closer to hug her by shoulder.

 

“I understand, though. I think I will react the same if I were you. Just trust me, okay? You’re the only one I love. Oh, sorry, you and that little girl”, he said while mouthing to Hani who was looking at the cute mini pink handbag for kids. Yoona laughed at him as she also forgot about Hani.

 

“Hani ya, come here!”, Yoona called the little girl. Hani who startled when she heard her name being called by Yoona quickly walking towards her.

 

“Mommy, can Hani buy that pink handbag?”, she asked while pointing her finger at the pink handbag she was looking at earlier.

 

“You like it?”, she asked the little girl and Hani nodded in response.

 

“It has a cute unicorn pattern. Hani likes it”, she said. Yoona looked at Yuri, and the latter nodded as he’s giving his approval.

 

“Arasso. Mommy will buy it for you, okay?”, she replied.

 

“Thank you, mommy”, she thanked Yoona while hugging her. Yoona chuckled as she returned the hug and patted gently on Hani’s head.

 

“You’re welcome, sweetie. Let’s get your pink handbag right now”, she replied while grabbing Hani’s hand and walking towards where the pink handbag being displayed.

 

After done with their shopping, the trio then proceed to the pet accessories shop nearby to buy souvenirs for DooE as Yuri promised to Hani before then halt their shopping activities for lunch.

The next morning, at Leonardo da Vinci Airport.

 

“Thank you for sending us to the airport, Jane, Paul”, Yoona said to the couple.

 

“Hey, no harm, okay? Remember the last time I sent you to the airport? You cried like a baby, like we couldn’t meet again after that”, Jane said as she chuckled.

 

“Aishh.. Don’t mention that. I feel embarrassed when people started giving me their weird look at that time,” Yoona replied while laughing, reminiscing on that unforgettable moment. She then leaned forward to hug her friend.

 

“I’m going to miss you, buddy. Do call me if you two want to come to Seoul later”, she said. Jane returned the hug while patting at Yoona’s back.

 

“Of course I do. Who else I know besides you in Seoul, right? We want you to be our tour guide at that time”, Jane replied before she halted the hug. She then squatted down and opened her arms while calling Hani over to hug the little girl.

 

“I’m going to miss you too, sweetie,” she said while hugging the little girl.

 

“Don’t be sad, Auntie Jane. We will meet again someday”, Hani replied and patted her back.

 

“Aww.. that’s very sweet of you, Hani. You’re always welcome here”, she said as she kissed on Hani’s both cheeks before she released the hug.

 

Yuri and Paul exchange their hugs and just like Yoona, he also said the same thing to the couple to come to Seoul at any time.

 

The trio bid goodbye to Jane and Paul for the last time before they headed to the boarding gate, and Yoona to leave Italy once again to go back to their homeland in Seoul.
