Welcome to Italy!

 

“Done!”, Yoona said right after she finished styling Hani's hair to ponytail. The little girl requested her to do the hairstyle while Yuri was in the bathroom. They just arrived at the hotel after two hours and seventeen minutes of flight to Italy.

 

“Thank you, mommy!”, Hani thanked her.

 

“You’re welcome, sweetie”, Yoona replied with a smile. She then saw Yuri was walking out of the bathroom while talking to his cellphone.

 

“I’m good, mom. Hani and Yoona are good too. Sure mom. W-wait, put down your phone so that I can make a video call to you. Alright, bye!,” Yuri said as he quickly sat next to Hani and starting to dial his mother’s phone number. A few seconds later, his mother answered the call and Yuri holding his cellphone right in front of Hani.

 

“Annyeong! Aigoo, my sweetie Hani is so cute today. Hani ah, don’t you miss your halmeoni?”, Mrs. Kwon greets her little grand child whom she missed so much.

 

“Annyeong, halmeoni! Hani missed halmeoni, haraboji and DooE too,” Hani cheerfully greets her grandmother back.

 

“Ah, haraboji and DooE are good too. DooE missed you too, Hani ah. She kept on entering your room, looking for you everyday. I guess she missed you more that halmeoni missed you” Mrs. Kwon said with a chuckle.

 

“Chincha? Hmm, poor DooE. Can halmeoni tell her that Hani will come back soon?”, Hani replied with a little sad feeling.

 

“Sure, sweetie. Alright. Let me talk to your mommy and daddy, okay?”, Mrs. Kwon said.

 

“Okay. Bye, halmeoni. Take care!,” Hani replied while waving her hand at the phone.

 

“Aigoo.. You too take care, sweetie. Have fun with your stay in Italy!,” she said as she waved her hand back to Hani. Hani then got up from the couch and sat next to her father on the left side to give a space for him to sit next to Yoona.

 

“Annyeong, Yoona! How are you, sweetie?,” Mrs. Kwon greets her.

 

“Annyeong, omonim! I’m good. How about you?”, Yoona replied.

 

“I’m fine, sweetie. It’s just that I’m feeling a bit lonely after all of you went for Europe tour. Your abonim seldom spent his time at home on weekends. Sometimes I feel like better he just get married to his golf club rather than me”, Mrs. Kwon said sadly. Yoona and Yuri just chuckled on her words.

 

“Like you don’t know dad, mom,” Yuri said.

 

“He should rest at home because he’s getting older and not as strong as before. He will ask me to massage his shoulders every time after he came back from playing golf”, Mrs. Kwon replied.

 

“I agree with that. I will talk to him after we return to Seoul later”, Yuri said.

 

“Yes, son. Please do so because he didn’t listen to me well nowadays”, Mrs. Kwon replied.

 

“Don’t worry, mom. Just leave it to me. So, how’s the ranch?,” he asked.

 

“Everything went well. Hayoung did an excellent job in managing the ranch. I think you should consider to offer her to work with us. She often accompanied me whenever I asked her. She’s like my own daughter now, you know”, Mrs. Kwon replied.

 

“Chincha? It’s good to know that. I should treat her like my own little sister from now on,” he said.

 

“Oh, you should. She helped me a lot when you’re not around,” Mrs. Kwon replied. “Alright, I need to hang up now. It’s time to go to bed,” she said.

 

“What time is it there now?”, Yuri asked.

 

“It’s fifteen minutes past eleven. Is it morning in there?,” his mother replied.

 

“Yup. It’s ten in the morning. We took an early flight because other seats were already fully booked,” Yuri said.

 

“Ah, I see. Alright, have fun there, and take care!,” Mrs. Kwon replied and waved her hand at them.

 

“Thanks, mom/omonim!,” Yuri and Yoona replied in chorus. The trio waved their hands for the last time before Yuri ended the video call.

 

“So, what are we going to do after this?,” Yuri asked Yoona as he put his cellphone on the coffee table.

 

“Want to have a city sight-seeing first before we grab our lunch?,” she suggested.

 

“Sounds good. Hani ya, are you okay? You’re not tired?,” Yuri asked his daughter.

 

“I’m okay, daddy. I want to go to Gardaland,” Hani replied as she smiled.

 

“Huh? Gardaland? What is that?,” Yuri asked as he raised his brows.

 

“It’s a theme park just like Disneyland. I promised her yesterday that I will bring her there,” Yoona replied.

 

“Ah, I see. Hmm.. Can we go on tomorrow? We just arrived, baby. You need to eat a lot today to boost your energy. You need to use lots of energy to play games at Gardaland later,” Yuri said.

 

“Okay daddy,” Hani obediently replied.

 

“Let me call a cab first,” Yoona said as she got up from the couch and walked towards the bedside table to call using the room phone.

 

“Hello, can you call a cab for us? Yes, alright. We will be at the lobby in fifteen minutes. Thank you,” she said as she ended the call.

 

“Alright, ready to go?,” she asked.

 

“Kaja!,” Yuri exclaimed while grabbing his cellphone that was on the coffee table and got up from the couch. He then took his small backpack and walking towards the door, while Yoona and Hani walking hand in hand following him.

Meanwhile in LA

 

“What about this one?,” Krystal asked while pointing her finger at one of the pages of the booklet which contains varieties of color codes.

 

“I think this color suits the wall paint, Ms. Jung,” replied the man who was sitting next to her.

 

“Yeah, I agree with you. Wait, I need to ask my fiance about this. Can you wait for a while?,” she asked.

 

“Sure, Ms. Jung,” the man replied. She then took out her cellphone from her handbag and her finger quickly tapped on the camera icon and started to snap the color code. She then send a text message together with the photo to her fiance. A few seconds later, she got a reply from him. She smiled while reading the text reply.

 

“Alright. We agree to choose this color,” she said.

 

“Good choice, Ms. Jung. I will ask our staff to send it to your house once it’s ready,” he said.

 

“Thank you,” she thanked him.

 

“You’re welcome, Ms. Jung,” he replied while getting up from his seat. “Can you please follow me to the showroom so that I can show you the sample set of the bedroom?,” the man who’s also the salesperson said.

 

“Yeah, sure,” she replied while following him and heading to the showroom.

 

After Krystal and Amber were engaged, Amber decided to buy a house for them as for the preparation for their upcoming wedding. Today, the couple were supposed to go to the furniture store together to choose the new furniture for their house, but unfortunately Amber got a call from the hospital for an emergency case, and it ended up Krystal have to deal the purchasing alone without her fiance.

 

Ever since they got engaged, Krystal has already getting used to her fiance working schedule, and she’s completely understand on how busy he was. Sometimes when they were in the middle of having lunch together or on dating, Amber had to leave her right after he got an emergency call from his workplace. This has made Krystal become a very independent woman and she didn’t mind at all as she loved her fiance for what he was.

 

“Thank you for purchasing our furniture, Ms. Jung. I will contact you once the furniture is ready to be delivered and assembled to your house later,” the salesperson said.

 

“Thank you. Can I get a copy of the invoice? I need to show it to my fiance,” she replied.

 

“Sure, Ms. Jung. Please have a seat first while our purchasing staff preparing the invoice,” the salesperson said.

 

“Okay,” she then walked towards the seat near the counter. She took out her phone and was about to text her fiance when suddenly she got an incoming call. She looked at the phone screen and was surprised to see her sister’s name appeared. It’s none other than her one and only beloved elder sister, Jessica Jung.

 

“Hey, big sis! How’s your flight?” she asked.

 

“Tired. But we were really having fun there. And guess what?” she replied with an excited tone.

 

“What?,” Krystal asked curiously.

 

“I met Hani there,” her sister replied.

 

“H-Hani?”

“Daddy, can I eat ice cream after lunch?” Hani asked. They were in the middle of having their lunch at the restaurant.

 

“Yes you can, baby. But not too much, arasso?” Yuri replied.

 

“Dae, daddy,” she replied with a grin.

 

“Let’s order mint choco ice cream. Daddy is craving to eat it since last week, hehe..” he said as he chuckled.

 

“Huh? Since when you eat mint choco ice cream?” Yoona curiously asked.

 

“Since daddy watched IZ*ONE mint choco club V Live, mommy” Hani spilled the beans.

 

“Oh, that! Ermm.. The team members were so cute and pretty.. Ouchh!” he exclaimed while enduring the pain of being pinch on his arm by none other than his beloved girlfriend. Hani just chuckled while looking at Yoona’s stern face.

 

“I, I mean, all the food made from mint chocolate which they ate looked so delicious, hehe..” he said as he chuckled nervously.

 

“I see. So, you eat mint choco ice cream just because of the cute and pretty girls, huh?” Yoona said calmly. Yuri was flustered with her words, but then he smiled as he knew Yoona suddenly felt jealous over silly things.

 

“It’s not like that, babe. I’m just kidding, though. I ate all food which I think suits with my tastebuds, not because of who’s who. Don’t be mad at me, okay? You know that I love you, right?” he replied. He then shifted his gaze at his daughter and smiled. “Daddy loves you too, baby. So, let’s order an ice cream. Just choose whatever flavours you like” he said.

 

“Okay!” Hani replied. Yuri then called the waiter to place his order.

“So, how’s the feeling meeting Hani after a long time?” Krystal asked.

 

“It’s like I got back my long lost of happiness in my life” Jesscia replied.

 

“Huh? You’re not happy all this while with Sooyoung oppa and the kids?” she asked in confusion.

 

“It’s not like that, silly. I’m happy with them, but I feel like something is missing and incomplete. When the first time I met Hani, I thought Yuri will dragging her away from me, but when he said he will withdraw the court’s order and let Hani to come to see me, it’s driving me crazy, you know. All the memories of giving birth to her, holding her in my arms when she was a little, and the day I left her suddenly came into my mind at that time. She just didn’t know how much I missed her ever since Yuri forbids me from seeing her” Jessica replied as her voice almost cracked.

 

“So, how was her reaction at that time?” Krystal curiously asked.

 

“She’s so happy to see me, and when she knew that she has siblings, she’s beyond happy. Yuri said she even wanted to brag to her schoolmates about having two mothers and siblings” Jessica said with a chuckle.

 

“Two mothers? Yuri oppa, he’s already married?” Krystal asked as she felt surprised with her sister’s words.

 

“Not yet, silly. Yuri introduced her as his girlfriend, and they will be getting married soon” Jessica replied.

 

“Really?” Krystal asked. “So, he’s already had someone special in his life right now. I’m glad to hear that” she thought.

 

“He said he will get married after attending your wedding later. He will bring Hani and Yoona together” Jessica replied.

 

“I see. Ermm, unnie, are you already arrived at home?” Krystal asked.

 

“Not yet. We are still at the airport, waiting for your Sooyoung oppa to settle our luggage. Why?” she replied.

 

“I will call you later. I’m actually at a furniture store, and I was waiting for the staff to prepare the invoice when you called me just now. It’s already done and I need to get it from them. I will see you on tomorrow, okay?” Krystal said.

 

“Furniture store? With Amber?,” Jessica asked.

 

“No. I’m alone. I was supposed to go with him, but he couldn’t because he got an emergency call from the hospital. He asked me to proceed and he will just agree on whatever I choose for our house” Krystal explained.

 

“Aigoo, he loves you so much, though” Jessica said teasingly.

 

“I know, right?” she replied as she smiled.

 

“Arasso. I will see you tomorrow. I miss mom and dad. It’s been a month since the last time I met them. You know how busy I am with work and kids. I’m glad that this time Sooyoung wanted us to tag along” Jessica said.

 

“Okay, unnie. See you tomorrow. Bye unnie, love you!” she replied.

 

“Bye, sweetie. Love you too!” Jessica said and ended the call.
