The next few weeks were challenging for her. 

The seniors were more strict, not letting any snide remark pass. A small eye roll or snarky comment would result in a few heavy-handed swats to her bottom, whoever the senior was. (She blamed herself for knowing too many people; too many people who had the authority to punish her whenever they seemed fit, and she hated it even more when she knew they were right to punish her.)

Because of that, she didn't wish to talk to Yunho, or any of the oppas because they definitely did not go easy on her, and also that they tend to hit harder then her unnies, excluding Irene and Wendy (and Amber and Yuri and Hyoyeon and- you get the point)

Her schedules had finally cleared up, and there was one week where both N and Minho were busy with other schedules, so they could not host together with her.

Thank the turtle gods, she thought to herself. 

Maybe she could finally take a break from their stifling control.

What she did not expect, was for some very familiar people to burst into the mcee waiting room.

"Ogu-Ogu kyeopta~" Xiumin cooed, pinching the Yeri's cheeks as the oldest and youngest of Exo entered. Immediately she straightened up, trying to be well behaved. 

Of all people, it had to be the strongest in Exo. And he had to take the most annoying oppa with him. 

"Oppa stop it!" She whined, "What brings you here?"

"N and Minho are busy this week, so we'll be your co-hosts! Excited?" Sehun chimed, looking at her expectantly. 

"Erm... yeah! Minseok oppa I'm so glad you're here! Who's this other guy?" She pointed at Sehun, feigning a look of disgust. She was still salty that he stole her packet of gummy bears.

"Yah~ I told you that I didn't steal your gummy bears! You left them on the couch the other time, it would've rotten if I didn't eat them!"

"You did!"

"No I didn't!"

"Yes you did!" 

"Eish, you kids are so noisy." Xiumin pushed her forehead lightly, causing Yeri to jerk backwards. 

"Hey!" She glared at the oldest one, crossing her arms with a huff.

"Mehrong~"  Sehun teased only to get the same treatment. "Hyung!" He claimed he wasn't a baby, but yet he whined in complaint.

Xiumin shook his head. "What did I do to get stuck with babysitting two kids..."

They rehearsed their script one last time before taking a break. 

Exhausted from staying up late to game away the previous night, Yeri leaned her head against Xiumin's shoulder, pouting. "I'm tired."

"Already? We have yet to emcee and you're sleepy? Such a baby." Sehun teased, earning a glare for the girl.

"I'm not a baby!"
