Overall enjoyment: This story is very good. You do a good job keeping the audience's attention, I myself can't wait to see what's next. The plot line is great, too.

Description: Your description is rather awkward. It's too broad for the this kind of story that is. If you notice from your comments it's only the title and the foreword that catches the reader's attention. If I were you I would introduce the soul mates thing first. Then go into the "The first time I...." 

Chapters: Remember to keep the same format like you do for the rest of the story. Space out the line
