They tuck Jimin in bed and he has fallen asleep a moment after, with Taehyung his hair to keep him comfortable. When he's sure Jimin is deep asleep, he stops and turns to Yoongi with worries in his gaze.

"What is it?" Yoongi asks, alarmed. Taehyung laid his palm and reveals a ball of ebony black hair. Yoongi stares, terrified. So Jimin hasn't been joking when he said he'd die without the necklace. "You stay with him. I'm going to search around the area."

Taehyung nods.

When Jimin's awake, a few hours later, he suddenly knows where to look. He tells Taehyung to wait for Yoongi, to tell Yoongi to wait for him too when he returns because now Jimin knows where to get his necklace back—or who to get it from.    He walks fast, heart drumming in his chest with adrenaline. The boy—that boy—has taken it. Jimin is sure. That's why it feels weird to have that kid complimenting his necklace out of nowhere.    Various thoughts go through Jimin's head as his legs carry him across the asphalt road. That boy did appear very pitiful and Jimin had felt bad for him. But a wolf is a wolf no matter the clothing.   ---   Jimin arrives at the abandoned building and does not even hesitate to enter this time. It's very dark inside, and the smell is a cross between a rotten corpse or people's excretion. He can't fandom how someone is able to live here. He takes out his phone and turns on the flashlight, and the first thing he sees is a face staring at him from the darkness. Jimin screams in fear and looses grip of his phone; the phone stumbles a few steps away and goes dark. The person grabs Jimin and starts pushing him until he's back outside. The main door slams shut right after.    Jimin staggers on his feet, hot tears roll down his cheek. He doesn't realize he's been crying. He's not hurt, but his body just becomes so weak and his emotional state only keeps plummeting. He really needs his necklace back.    He turns around to look for the boy elsewhere, but the moment he takes his first step it's as though the ground is a body of water and his body falls right into it. He hears footsteps thudding the ground, but he can't see or even manage to keep his eyes open. Someone grabs him and pulls him up. The stench of blood tells him it's the boy.    -   Jimin wakes up at the clinic—the very one he had brought the boy to. But now he's alone. When he tries to sit up, the IV from the wall pulls him back. Jimin stares at the needle in his arm and his head starts spinning again.    "Someone take this off of me…" he whispers. "Please… Anyone?"   The nurse comes into the room a moment later and she seems relieved to find Jimin awake. She puts everything down and comes to his side.    "How are you feeling?" Her hand goes to his forehead, measuring his temperature. "You're still ice cold."   "Where is he?"   "Who, the boy?"   "Yes,"   "He's gone back as soon as he dropped you off."   Jimin lifts his hand. "Please take this off."   "But you aren't well yet and I don't know where to treat."   "I don't need this. Please."   The nurse sighs and does as requested. When she pulls the IV out, Jimin has to bites down hard or else he'll scream. The pain is awfully unbearable.    "There are bruises all over your body. Did you get them treated properly?" She fixes the blanket around him. "I can't seem to diagnose what is causing your… decreased temperature."   "It's not from my wounds," Jimin grunts as he tries to sit up. The world blacks out for a moment before he can see again. His temples throb, too. "Medicines can't save this one."   "Why, is it something so bad?"   He shakes his head. How can he tell her? That's he will be fine as long as he finds the necklace bestowed upon him by his mentor? The necklace that has kept him alive for the last thousand of years? That he is an immortal as long as he possesses the necklace forged out of blood and fire and magic??   "I'll be fine, I promise you, nurse."   The nurse sighs and shakes her head. She looks exhausted, the bags under her eyes are very noticeable. "You and that boy are very much alike." She comments. "Very stubborn."   Jimin wants to say thank you to her, for helping him, but if he says that now it'll only make it look like he thanks her for the comparison. Which he doesn't like.    "I'll pay you back later,"   "No need for that. The boy already paid for you."   But he has nothing, is the first thing that comes to Jimin's head. The boy must have already sold his necklace.    Jimin clenches his fists tight at the idea of it. He nods at the nurse and hurries his way out of the clinic.    He's back at the abandoned building and this time he enters without a care in the world. Thanks to the morning sun, the building is now less likely of a ghost-infested place.    Jimin pushes what is the remain of the door and steps inside with caution. He looks around. The face
