Today would be the first day where Jinyoung didn’t feel like going to the work with the reason he doesn’t want to see Jaebum. Not that he ever thought of going to work with looking forward to see Jaebum, though. Of course not, why would I ever thought of going to work with the reason I wanted to see him, Jinyoung groaned and buried his face on the pillow.

The main reason why he doesn’t want to see Jaebum is because of Yugyeom – thanks to Yugyeom’s words on that night that he started to feel something strange with him whenever Jaebum was around.

At first, Jinyoung thought that he was just freaking out because Jaebum sometimes would appeared out of nowhere and it almost gave him heart attack but then Jinyoung found himself it was not just that but there were more.

Like how he felt his legs suddenly become wobbly whenever Jaebum stood close too much for his likings, and how his heart beat unsteadily whenever Jaebum’s fingers or hand brushed against his, and even worse when Jinyoung found himself burning whenever he felt a familiar pair of eyes piercing on him.

Thanks to you, Yugyeom, Jinyoung mentally scolded Yugyeom as he fisted up the baby blue bed sheet.

He has about 2 hours to get up and get ready to go to work but instead, with a heavy heart of going to work because he might end up bumping into Jaebum during his work shift, which of course he will end up bumping into the latter, Jinyoung rolled on the other side of the bed; sprawling on the bed with his face buried in the pillow before a soft groan escaped his lips.

As if Yugyeom has smelled his reason of not going to the work, the younger suddenly showed up in his bedroom after slammed the door open. Jinyoung groaned angrily because he was just about to get another round of sleep and when he saw Yugyeom looking down at him at the edge of the bed with a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips, Jinyoung tried to kick the younger which ended up kicked the air because Yugyeom was faster to backed away.

“What do you want, Kim Yugyeom?” Jinyoung buried his face in the pillow as he shifted himself into a comfortable position on the bed, “It’s rare of you to be here so suddenly,”

“I smelled something,” Yugyeom simply answered and Jinyong knew that the younger was smirking by the sound of his voice, “Get up, Jinyoung. Are you planning not to go to work?”

“Where’s your manner, kid?” Jinyoung lifted up his head and glared at Yugyeom which Yugyeom replied with rolling his eyes, “And no, I’m not going to work. I feel sick,”

There was a pause of silence before Yugyeom replied, “Feel sick of having strange feelings towards that guy?”

“I really hate you, Kim Yugyeom,” Jinyoung muttered under his breath after he sat up on the bed – glaring at the laughing younger.

“Oh, come on, hyung,” Yugyeom dramatically waved his hand in the air, “You’re not going to avoid him, don’t you? If you do, you’re just the same as those Japanese schoolgirls in animes and mangas that you were reading and watching,”

And thanks to Yugyeom’s words again that Jinyoung is now standing in front of the locker room – feeling aware.

“I swear you’ll get hit once I have you in my grip later, Kim Yugyeom,” Jinyoung gritted his teeth as he opened the door – revealing few of his colleagues in the room.

“You’re late, Jinyoungie,” Sunye, one of his colleagues that he’s kind of close with, said, “That’s rare of you,”

Jinyoung could only grinned sheepishly as he rubbed his neck awkwardly, “I was feeling kinda sick but yeah, I managed to come to work on time,”

“Are you sure you’re okay?” Suzy’s voice sounded worried and Jinyoung somehow congratulated himself because he acted well in faking that he was sick, “Can you work well?”

“Yeah,” Jinyoung nodded as he smiled lightly at the two after he shoved his bag in his locker, “I’m okay and of course I will work well. Don’t worry too much,”

“If you’re feeling dizzy or such, you can always take a rest, Jinyoungie,” Sunye spoke as she stood up – ruffled Jinyoung’s hair, “Just make sure that you won’t faint during work, alright?”

Jinyoung chuckles and nodded, “I will, noona,”

“Alright, time to get back to work,” Suzy clapped her hands almost lazily and gave Jinyoung’s shoulder a soft pat before the two of them disappeared from Jinyoung’s sight.

As soon as the two disappeared from his sight, Jinyoung flopped down on the sofa and slightly curled on it with ocean blue colored uniform in his grasp. His mind was wandering when he suddenly jerked up from his position when the door suddenly opened from outside.

“Oh, did I startle you?” an amused Mark said as he stepped in.

“No, that’s okay,” Jinyoung waved his hand and chuckled, “Though that gave me a slight heart attack,”

“Sorry, then. Didn’t have any intention to do so,” Mark apologized with a small smile across his face.

“That’s okay, Mark,” Jinyoung replied as he stood up, “What are you doing here?”

“Oh, right,” Mark snapped his fingers, “Now that I finally found you here, I wanted to let you know that Jaebum was searching for you. And if in case you’re going straight to him after this, he’s in his ro
