Jinyoung and Junior are identical twin but because Park’s family financial position not allowed them to take care of Junior who is having a sickness. Later, they gave Junior to their best friend who is family of Doctor but Dr. Tuan and his wife had to leave to LA with their son, Mark soon. Mr. Park allowed them to bring Junior and hope that they can treat him.

Mark who is one year older than Junior really love Junior like his own brother followed his father step into medical since Junior always went to hospital. Mark promised to treat Junior and make sure the boy will be healthy. Right went Mark work as a doctor at his family hospital Junior had his worst state, he was rushed to hospital and almost dead.

Tuan’s family spoilt Junior and he got whatever he want. He never once scolded for doing something wrong and he fall in love with Mark. He knew Mark love him as a little brother but he want to possess Mark to himself. He always pissed off when Mark talked to someone on phone and ignore him on the hospital bed. He love to be in Hospital since Mark work there, so he just intentionally did not taking his medicine to be rush to Hospital.

Jinyoung was living so bright even he was having hard time living but he love that he work while going to college. His parent was living in the country. Since his parent not healthy anymore, Jinyoung send them money every months even his parent said they could eat from their garden but Jinyoung will not listen. He love his parent so much for look after him and he felt sorry when they told him that they have to send his twin to someone else.

What happen when Junior only solution to be healthy is Jinyoung to be his donator and Mark was determine to find Jinyoung and persuade the boy to safe his little brother?
