Foreword

January 2013

              “I love you.” Sehun said to me as he leaned closer to me, his face inches away from mine, just as he was about to kiss me, I heard a loud crash, then I realized, it was only just a dream and I was woken up by my fellow housemate’s noise, they were at it again, rocking with some rock music until one of them accidentally falls but I wouldn’t call it an accident, one of them push one member on purpose. By the way, my name is Park Seul Gi a.k.a Ezra, just one ordinary girl who goes to school and technically living with bunch of idiots, Bangtan Boys. I’m 16 years old; I’m attending senior high with Jungkook on the same school.

            I got up from my bed and I went straight to the bathroom, did my daily morning routines then I headed straight to the kitchen.

            “Good Morning.” I greeted Jin, our mother, I mean, the eldest in the house who does the cooking and other motherly stuffs though he was really handsome but a bit feminine. Anyway, he’s 20 and he’s a straight guy.

“Sup?” he replied back.

“Do you need some help?” I asked.

“Nope, I’m almost done anyways.” – Jin

            And then I saw Namjoon, sleeping on the table, with his mouth open. I guess he pulled up an all nighter again composing songs with Suga. Well, Namjoon is Bangtan’s leader; he is 18 years old and he has the most mature thinking along with Jin. He was also a genius, I always ask help from him with my studies especially Math, I hate Math with passion and Math hates me even more.

            Since I got nothing to do, I sat down and went through my phone. Then suddenly, my vision got covered with a towel, and there goes my beloved cousin *note the sarcasm*, Jimin. Here comes his infamous speech about my hair and his philosophy in life.-___-

“How many times did I tell you ---“

“Yeah, yeah, I get it, now shut it okay?”

I cut him off before he can lecture me. He sighed and commanded.

“Come here.” – Jimin

            I stood up and went near him, he dried up my hair and then he patted my cheeks with both of his hands and of course, with an aegyo. Meet Jimin, 17, he was a year older than me, this guy is hot as but he just have to be my cousin. Washboard abs everyone, Jimin got it, singing and dancing skills, Jimin got it but there’s just one thing, according to Namjoon, he got no jams and according to Jungkook, he got no height. He’s actually tall but he was just the smallest member of Bangtan. And I’m barely 5’0, so I was like a little kid around these guys. He then puts the towel around my shoulders and we just sat on the chair while going through with our phones.

            Then here comes our half- 15 years old Golden Maknae, my little Jungkook, oh what was that? I’m actually the small one here. By the way, here he is, busy with his phone and he did not even paid attention to us before he came to sit down just like that. He was a year younger than me, I can be a e sometimes when it comes to him, can’t blame me, he’s got everything though he can be evil sometimes. Even Jimin is inlove with him but the maknae always ignore him.

            Then again, I heard loud music, ugh, here comes the most retard ones in Bangtan, Jhope and V. they’re dancing and lip syncing coming towards the kitchen.

“Now, who fell this time and disturbed my beauty sleep?”  I asked.

“Him!” V replied and laughed.

“You pushed me!” Jhope angrily replied back.

Then V put up his famous poker face then asked.

“Did I?” Taehyung asked like he has no idea.

              I find that funny but I held back my laughter. Jhope just gave him the “are-you-kidding-me?” look. Jimin just sighed, these two can’t be helped.

“Hey you two, turn off your music and sit down.” – Jin ordered.

            Anyway, here’s Jhope, 18, quite a dancer and the mood maker of the group. This guy’s a scaredy-cat and a kind of dork just as all of Bangtan members. But he’s awesome when he’s on stage, he looks really cool when dancing as these are the times when he gets really serious.

            Then there’s Kim Taehyung a.k.a V, 17, my childhood best friend. He’s mentally ill and weird but hey, he’s hot. He’s got the most number of girlfriends though never serious. I think the longest relationship he had was two weeks. But that’s just V, so kindhearted, unable to reject confessions that’s why I call him stupid but I got his point. But no matter what, I love this guy for who he is.

           Here comes the 19 years old grandpa Suga, still half asleep. Since today is still winter, I’m calling him Mr. Snowman. He’s the palest guy I’ve ever seen. He’s a good rapper and a great composer. I love his songs, I hope it will be out when they become idols soon and my favorite was “Let Me Know”, I knew he made this song from experience though he wouldn’t admit. He is mean but also sweet at the same time.

           Bangtan Baes, I mean Boys, aka BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan, Bulletproof Boyscouts), are trainees from Bighit entertainment. They’ve been my friends since high school and you may be wondering why I live with this boys, well, my family owns apartments and hotels throughout Seoul. BTS rents one of our houses they call it dorm. It was my house, but Mr. Bang rented it for BTS because it was close to the agency building and at the same time, closest to our school and so that Jin doesn’t have to drive Jungkook to school every morning. My dad and Mr. Bang are close anyways so they decided to let us live on the same roof.

          Today is the 2^nd week of January, 2013. We had our semestral break in school until next week. And BTS got 3 days break from their daily practice.

“Where do you want to go today?” – Jin asked all of us.

“Zoo!” V yelled excitedly.

“V, the last time we went there, the monkey peed on you and Ezra got chased by an ostrich and not to mention, Jhope and Jimin got lost with some kids.” –Jin reminded.

“It was Jungkook’s fault!” I shouted while pointing my index finger at Jungkook.

“What did I do?” Jungkook asked while looking at me with a smirk.

            Before I can start a riot, Jin cut our argument.

“Stop that, anyway I suggest we’ll go visit our families.”

“I miss eomma.” Jhope pouted.

            We ate our breakfast and got ready. Once we were ready, we went to the station.

“Take care, I will miss you.  Tell auntie and your brothers, I said “hi”.

            Jimin told me as he embraced me.

“Ew Jimin, what the hell?” I said between our hug. He let me go and ruffled my hair instead.

            We bid goodbyes and parted our ways. V, Suga and I took our travel together because we came from the same province, Daegu.

10:00 am

“Hello Daegu!” I yelled excitedly as I got out from the bus.

“Out of the way.” Suga pushed me and walked straight to the bench and slept.

“Yah!!!” I shouted and glared at him but he was fast asleep.

           “I’m home!” V got out of the bus excitedly but the stupid he is, he stumbled and fell on me and what’s worse is that his face fell flat NOT on my face but ON my s. I shrieked and kicked him and then I stood up hugging myself. I looked at him and he was stunned, his face turned red while blinking his eyes.

            I heard laughter from the people around us and my face easily turned red from embarrassment. I sat next to Suga and I covered my face with my hands.

“I wanna go home!”

V’s POV

            I still can’t process what just happened earlier. I saw Ezra on the bench with Suga hyung; she was really embarrassed so I felt sorry for her. I got up and sat next to her, I held her hands removing them from her face. She was still blushing, she was so cute but I realized she was glaring at me.

“You! ---” She suddenly tackled me and choked me.

            I was trying to get her hands off my neck but this girl is so strong so I used my strength and held her hands tight so that she can’t do anything to me again.

“I’m sorry!” I told her and she closed her eyes while doing the inhale exhale session.

            Then she’s back to herself.

“Whatever -____-”

            I let go of her hands and then I went to pick up our bags scattered on the ground.

EZRA’s POV

            “Whatever.” I muttered then V let go of my hands and went on picking up our bags. I received a text message from my brother Josh, he’s picking us up. A few minutes later, my brother came with his car. When we went inside the car, he let Suga sit on the front and ordered V and I to go to the backseat.

“You guys are as noisy as always, so you have to stay in the back. As for this guy, he’ll sleep for the rest of the travel.” –Josh spoke like a genius.

“Boo.”

“Hey! Let’s play music!” –V suggested.

“No.” –Josh said firmly.

“Please!” *aegyo*

“No.” –Josh

“Haha! In your face Josh! I got my phone!” –V

“I’ll kick you out of this car for real.” –Josh

“Boo.”

 “Hey Ez, don’t start with m—”

“Shut up and drive.”

            He was about to say something but he got cut off by my rock music. He just rolled his eyes at me and drove. V and I jammed and rocked the entire travel while my brother was face palming and eyes rolling the whole time. Josh dropped us off in front of our house and went on to drive Suga on his home which is quite far. V and I are neighbors ever since we were babies and our families are quite close. V’s little sister and brother came running towards us and greeted us with hugs.

“I miss eonnie!” I missed them too. I hugged them both but then I need to go home.

“Hyung!!!!”

“I’ll visit later, I’ll go for now.” I bid goodbye to them and I went in to our house. I saw mom and dad sitting in the living room in front of the television.

“Mom, Dad, I’m home.”
