After finding out about Chanyeol's condition, Yeonhee didn't hesitate to go to the hospital where Chanyeol was confined. But before facing the latter himself, she first went to doctor Do to ask him about Chanyeol's condition.

"Good afternoon, Doctor Do. I'm Byun Yeonhee, the one you had called earlier." Yeonhee said after entering into the doctor's office.

"Oh. Are you here to visit Chanyeol?" He asked. Looking up from the paperwork he was checking.

"Yes. And about that, I want to talk to you about his condition."

"Ah. About that. Just like what I've said, Chanyeol has stage four cancer."

"How long has he been having it?" Yeonhee nervously.

"He's been having for quite awhile now. He should have taken a check up earlier when the symptoms first came."

"Doctor Do, may I ask? Is there anything I could do for him to get better?" Yeonhee asked nervously.

"He could undergo an operation, in which he had already agreed to take, but there's only 3% chance of him coming out alive." Doctor Do said. "But you could take care of him and give him the support he needs. And also pray for him. That's all you could do for now." Doctor Do smiled and patted Yeonhee's shoulder. "Don't worry Ms. Byun, miracles happen. As long as he still has the will to live and as long as you pray for him, a miracle will happen. And I promise to do my best to save him."

"Thank you Doctor." Yeonhee bowed.

"Why don't you go and visit him now. He's on room 1127."

"Thank you once again." Yeonhee bowed and went directly to the said room.

Yeonhee was now in front of Chanyeol's hospital room. She was about to knock but the door opened, revealing a handsome nurse.

"Oh. You must be a visitor of Mr. Park. I'm Kim Junmyeon. I'm the nurse personally assigned to Mr. Park. He's currently sleeping right now but you may go inside." He said and let you inside.

"Thank you Junmyeon-ssi." Yeonhee said and approached Chanyeol's bedside. He looked pale and thinner than the last time she saw him. Maybe it was him she saw at the park.

"Chanyeol-ah. I'm here. You don't need to suffer alone. I'm here." She whispered while holding one of Chanyeol's hand. She couldn't help but cry seeing him like that. The room was very silent. Only the drops from the dextrose and Yeonhee's sobs can be heard.

Not long after, Yeonhee fell asleep, hands still gripping one of Chanyeol's. At the same time, Chanyeol stirred from his deep slumber noticing that Yeonhee was asleep right beside him. He couldn't help but feel like his heart would skip a beat every time he sees her. While staring at his sleeping girlfriend, he heard the latter murmur something from her sleep.

"Chanyeol, don't leave me."

Yeonhee was awakened from the loud screams coming from Chanyeol. She thought she was still dreaming but reality striked her like lightning and immediately called for help. Chanyeol was again experiencing severe headaches. Yeonhee could not help but become a crybaby. She couldn't do anything for him. She could only watch him screaming from the pain he was experiencing and cry.

"If only I could take away all the pain. I'm sorry, Chanyeol. I'm sorry!" She cried as she waited outside of his room.

When Dr. Do came out of the room, he had a frown on his face. Making Yeonhee very worried.

"Dr. Do, how's Chanyeol?" She asked.

"He needs the operation as soon as possible." He sighed. "I need to contact his parents. You can come in now. Chanyeol's still asleep but he'll wake up in awhile. Press the emergency button if something happens." With that, Dr. Do left.

As what doctor Do said, Chanyeol woke up minutes after she came in. She immediately checked up on him as soon as he woke up.

"Chanyeol, are you already feeling okay? Tell me where it hurts okay? I'll immediately call Doctor Do." She said.

"Yeonhee why are you here? I thought you keep your promises?" He asked.

"And let you suffer alone? Chanyeo,l if you won't even tell me that you're sick, do you think I would be happy knowing about it when you're already gone?!" She screa
