Continues from last chapter…

About an hour later Yoona walked into your room. She tiptoed to turn on the lights and then went to your bed.

“___.” She whispered, shaking your shoulder. You woke up and blinked a few times. You smiled at her. “Mommy wants to know if you want dinner and if Taeyeon is staying.” She whispered again. You remembered that Taeyeon was sleeping right behind you and blushed. Your fingers were intertwined and her face was buried on the nape of your neck. 

“I’ll ask her and we’ll be downstairs soon, okay?” You whispered to her and she nodded, smiling. She then left.

You turned your head a bit and smiled. You felt safe in Taeyeon’s arms and wanted that feeling to last a little longer but if you’re not downstairs soon your mom will send Yoona again to get you, so you caressed Taeyeon’s thumb with yours and tried to wake her.

“Taeyeon?” You said, softly. She stirred and hummed. “Wake up.”

“What time is it?” She asked, hugging you tighter and nuzzling your neck. You smiled.

“It’s dinner time. Do you want to stay for dinner?” You asked.

“Do you want me to?” She asked and you nodded. “Then I will.” She said, raising your hand and gave it a kiss. You blushed again. She then let go of your hand, moving back a little and rubbed your back, carefully. You winced. “Does it still hurt?” She asked and you nodded. “What happened?” She asked. You tried to sit up and she helped you. You both sat at the edge on the bed.

“I fell down and hit it.” You lied. She nodded and you both stood up.

When you arrived downstairs, Yoona ran to Taeyeon and jumped. Taeyeon smiled and picked her up.

“Are you going to eat dinner with me?” Yoona asked.

“Yes, I am.” Taeyeon said and Yoona smiled wide.

“Yay!” She said as Taeyeon placed her on the floor. “Mommy! Taeyeon is staying!” She yelled, running back to the kitchen. You both chuckled and went to the kitchen.

Dinner went by nicely. Your mom and dad asked Taeyeon random questions, mostly about school and her family. She explained that she moved here with her friends, because they all wanted to attend the same school and their parents let them only if they all lived together and they called every week. Their parents live far away so they can only go visit during holidays.

After dinner, Taeyeon had to go back home. Your parents really liked her and they told her she could come back any time she wanted. After saying goodbye to them and Yoona, you walked her to the front door.

“I had a really nice time here.” She told you, smiling. You smiled back.

“I did too.” You said and she hugged your waist. You wrapped your arms around her neck and hugged her back.

“Will you go to school tomorrow?” She asked still hugging you and you nodded. “Okay. Goodnight ___.” She said, parting the hug.<
