“Class, we will be happing am activity for the upcoming Music Recital, we will form 2 groups. Each group will perform a song number and battle out with the opposite group. The winning group will have a chance to perform for the Inter School Championship. You have 1 month to prepare your piece. 1 Duet and 2 solos.” Prof Ngor said.

Jun, put me in solo. So I don’t need to adjust my timing for practice. Hahaha.

“So that will put me in the duet?!” Jun exclaimed.

“Who said the duet should be a boy-girl pairing? In US they now acknowledge same marriage. Hahaha.” Nam said

“So I can sing solo then?” Jun said in excitement.

“No! You and Pond have a good chemistry. You two take the duet.” Nam said.

“Hmp. Why do you have the final say?” Jun examined.

“Obviously Im the cleverest around here. Hahahaha.” Nam exclaimed.

“Great!” Jun said in sarcastically.

“Our team is the powerhouse team. We are in the advantage.” Mac said.

“I heard Nam has great voice. She’ll be a competition to you Poom.” Poon said.

“Provided she isn’t as stubborn as what we think. Hahaha.” Mac said

“Don’t be too complacent. I bet the other group will be preparing as hard as we will. Let’s give our best and let’s work hard for this. I don’t accept defeat.” Aim said with authority.

“Yes, Ms Perfect!” Poom, Poon and Mac said in unity.
