TWENTY

                Christmas vacation started after the party. Seulgi, Irene, Wendy, Joy, Yeri, and I were at the mall hanging out. Our class will be having a reunion tonight so we decided to roam around the mall before heading to the reunion. We were catching up about the things we missed, our subjects, professors, etc. Apparently, Wendy, Joy, and Irene already got boyfriends.

“I guess Seulgi and I will be stuck with each other forever.” I joked.

“Ew. No~ I’ll find a man for myself.”

“Geez, fine. Go to Luhan and leave me.” I rolled my eyes, but she suddenly became quiet.

I looked at the rest of my friends for an answer. Did I say anything wrong?

“Luhan…got a girlfriend there.” Wendy said.

“Oh my gosh, I didn’t know. I’m sorry.” I side-hugged Seulgi. “Since when? How’d you guys know?”

“Just a few months ago. I heard it from the guys.” Joy said.

“Guys, it’s alright. It’s not like he’s the only fish in the sea.” Seulgi said, and then turned to me. “Can I borrow your phone?”

Feeling all guilty, I let her play with my phone. After a little while, I suddenly felt something fishy and grabbed my phone back. I gaped. “YAH!”

“Punishment, sweetie.” Seulgi laughed.

“I said I was sorry! I didn’t know about it!!!”

“You two are still so childish. What did you do, Seulgi?” Yeri interrogated.

“Nothing. I was just texting a certain someone.”

“Who? Who? Who? Let me see~!” Irene grabbed my phone and all of them took a look on it.

To Sehun:

Hi, Sehunnie!!!

From Sehun:

Uh…hi?

To Sehun:

Class reunion tonight at Kyungsoo’s, right?

From Sehun:

Yup. By the way, have you talked to Seulgi? I heard Luhan got a new girlfriend.

I grabbed my phone back. “Ugh, I don’t even call him ‘Sehunnie’.” I made a face and they laughed. I decided to clean the mess Seulgi made.

To Sehun:

Hi, sorry. That was Seulgi you were talking to. We’re together right now. I just also found out today about Luhan.

“So…let me ask you, who’s this Chanyeol guy?”Joy asked.

“How in the world did you know about Chanyeol?” My eyes were wide as Kyungsoo’s.

They all glanced at Irene. “I’ve been seeing you with him these days.” She explained.

“My goodness, he’s just a friend.”

“Don’t tell me, is it still Sehun?” Wendy asked. I looked away and they gasped.

 “It’s been almost a year!” Yeri said.

“Well, I’m sorry. Moving on is not as easy as how you say it.”

“Are you fine with seeing him later?” Seulgi asked.

“Of course. You guys make it sound like we’re exes who broke up in bad terms.”
