Ji Hyo's POV

I sat by the windowsill in my usual white dress, staring at my red rose. I tried to smooth out the dirt, but only one of my fingers could reach, so there's no point to pat the dirt anymore.

My rose has been living for several years now. Strange, isn't it? My parents had abandoned Doo Joon oppa and me here. I will never forgive them, leaving me in this state. Why can't they just apologize to the old witch? Stubborn parents...

I heard loud footsteps and voices. I sighed. They're always here everytime. My brother invites them over everytime. I grumbled. I'm going to have to talk to him about that. They're so annoying and loud.

I pick up the vase that holds my rose. The last time they were here, they almost broke it. I could never leave my rose with them again. I was walking up the stairs, but someone called me.

"Ji Hyo-ah!"

I turned around, glaring at the smiling 17-year-old idiot, Yang Yo Seob. I don't know what's his problem, but ever since Doo Joon introduced his best friends to me, he annoys the crap out of me.

"What is it?" I grumbled.

"Can you play Mario Kart with us?"

"No," I replied, with no hesitation.

"Come on, Ji Hyo-ah,"he whined.

"No."

"Please?"He made a puppy face, batting his eyelashes.

I left him, going up to my room. I closed the door. I walked to my window, setting my rose there, so it could receive sunlight.

Of course, the door was knocked so many times.

I closed my eyes, biting my lip. This kid... I marched to the door and opened it.

"What is it?!?!"I screamed into Yo Seob's face.

He stood there, petrified."D-Doo Joon was wondering if you were feeling thirsty."

I slammed the door in his face, stomping towards my rose and examined it.

I was kind of thirsty, and my rose looked like it needed water. But how can I go down there when I've just screamed in his face?

I facepalmed myself. Aigoo...it's because of that annoying monkey!

I sighed. I'm going to have to sneak downstairs. I slowly opened my door. I looked back at my rose.

"I'll be back,"I whispered.

I walk downstairs, passing Doo Joon and five boys playing on the Wii. I ignored them and entered the kitchen. I got a cup and the sink, waiting until the water rises to the middle.

I heard someone enter, so I turned around, seeing Junhyung. He's quiet. He never talks to me unlike Yo Seob. We stared at each other for awhile. Suddenly, he came closer to me. I hit my back at the sink counter, holding the cup to my chest. I closed my eyes, feeling his breath on my neck.

"You didn't turn the sink off,"he stated.

I opened my eyes, seeing him leave with a Coke.

"You're a babo, Ji Hyo-ah,"I muttered to myself.
