As the seconds go by, the handsome stranger who was sitting right beside me, flashed me his sweet dimple smile as he picked some white flowers and offered them to me. I just flashed back a slight smile as I took those flowers from him. I admired the brown hair that matched his pale compexion perfectly. His warm eyes, twinkling as the sunlight fell on them, made him look like he came out straight from those fairy tale stories that my mom told me before I fell asleep. I dared myself to break the comfortable silence between us.

“H..hello there.. Thanks for helping me before. My name is Eun Byul. May I know your name?” I asked him cautiously. I peered at him and saw him looking at me with his pair of brown orbs. I bowed down my head in shyness as I waited for his answer.

Minutes passed by, but there’s no answer I heard from him. Slowly, I raised my head to look at him. I saw his head bowing down and his tip of ears flashed a bright shade of red. Uncertainly, he raised his face to look at me. His cheeks were adorned with slight blush and his eyes flashed a tinge of uncertainty. I looked at him with curiousness.

Afraid that he was terrified by my boldness, I quickly lowered my head again and spoke in a soft voice, “I’m sorry if I scared you with my nosiness. My brother often said that I annoyed him most of time. “I’m sorry,” I mumbled out an apology with a sad expression. I fiddled with the flowers in my hand as I looked at the ground.
