My performance with Xian was about to start but all I could think of was Gerald and what had happened awhile ago. I kept thinking as to what things would make Gerald really smile like that. He only smiles like that whenever there's something that makes him "kilig." And that smile used to be because of me. Before, I know all the efforts I put into relationship are all worth it because I get to see his smile that lets me know that what I did was appreciated and made him happy.

There was this one instance wherein we were in an out-of-town show and there were a lot of other artists, too. Apparently, there were a lot of guys who were trying to flirt with me even though Gerald was on my side. Since we didn't publicize our relationship, the other artists thought that it would be okay to woo me. I saw Gerald's face turned sour when he heard an artist asking me out on a date. I immediately held onto Gerald's hand and intertwined it. I put our hands on my back so they wouldn't notice it. I saw him smile slowly.

"Sorry ah. Pero ang hectic kasi ng schedule ko eh. Sige ha. Let's go, Ge." I smiled and left with Gerald.

I settled on a corner wherein people wouldn't really notice us. "Uy, Ge. Sorry ah." I touched the side of his face.

Gerald looked into my eyes lovingly and held my other hand. "Sus! Okay lang. Isang hawak mo lang sakin, kinikilig na ko."

"Nagwork pala yung gayumang pinainom ko sayo 'nun. Ang lakas ng tama oh! Irerecommend ko sa iba yun." I said and giggled.

"Ay nako, Kimberly. Ang lakas talaga! Baliw na baliw na nga ko sayo eh."

"Dapat lang, aba. Sakin lang. Okay?"

He kissed my forehead and hugged me tight. It really felt good to have someone that is always there by your side."Yes, Miss Chiu. Iyo lang. Wag kang mag-alala."

"Back to reality, Kim!" I thought. The crew informed us that in two minutes, our performance would start.

Xian nudged me "Nervous?"

"Hindi naman. Ikaw?"

"Hindi rin. Bakit parang ang lalim ng iniisip mo?" He asked worriedly. I immediately felt guilty.

I looked up to him and smiled. "Don't mind me. May inaalala lang ako."

Our production went good but I noticed that the audience didn't react the same way as before. Maybe it was because of the fact that the "Kimerald" was reunited on the stage awhile ago. I just hope that people would still support my movie with Xian.

"See you ulet next week mga Kapamilyas, here on ASAP XXV!"

I made my way to the backstage to gather my things.

"Kiiiiimmmmm!"

I heard someone shouted behind me. I looked around and saw Gerald running towards me.

"Gerald, bakit?"

Gerald had his hands on the back of his pockets and looking at the ground. "Ano...uh...Pwede sama ka sa dinner?" Gerald asked shyly.

"I think that's not a good idea, Ge" I replied even though I badly wanted to.

"Oh! Don't worry! Kasama ulet sila Enchong and Pamu. Nakausap ko na." He replied and made a thumbs-up sign.

"Ahh. Sige. I'll check my schedule muna kung walang susunod na taping, okay?" I abruptly turned around but he held my arm.

He smiled sheepishly "Ano pala, nakausap ko na rin si Ate Portia, wala raw. So sama ka na."

I pinched him on his side. "Aba Geraldo! Mukhang plinano mo na talaga to ah!"  The thought that he made an affort to talk to my manager and friends made me smile.

"Hindi naman. Pero ano, yes na lang ang kulang mo. So ano?"

"Saan ba kakain?"

"Sa Sugui's"

"Wow! Favorite ko dun!"

"Alam ko." I heard Gerald whispered and it made me smile.

I acted as if I didn't hear what he said. "Ano yung sinabi mo?

"Wala po. Sabi ko, nakapagpareserve na rin ako dun." He reasoned out.

He really arranged everything already. I put my hands on my waist and said, "Sige na nga. Mukhang naayos mo naman na lahat. Mag-iinarte pa ba ko?" I smiled.

His face became to look like someone who had just won a lottery. He broke into a big grin and said, "Good! Sunduin kita? Birthday daw ng anak ni Kuya Fredo eh."

I immediately crossed my arms and glared at him "Hoy, Geraldo! Natatakot na ko sayo ah! Mukhang alam mo lahat!"

Gerald scratched his head "Sorry na. Siyempre dapat ayusin ko lahat para makasama ka at di ka makakatanggi."

I smiled and touched his right arm as if reassuring him "Sige. Sasama ako since ako lang din naman mag-isa sa bahay if ever pero ako na lang magdri-drive. Wag mo na akong sunduin. Okay?"

"But baka mapa..."

I cut him off "Shhhh. Kaya ko sarili ko besides, matagal na kong umaalis-alis na ako lang mag-isa. So don't worry."

"Ganito na lang, susundan na lang kita. Tiyaka maulan kaya so medyo delikado sa daan. So okay na ba yun?"

"Pero..."

He put on his cute puppy face and put his hands together "For your safety, Kimmy. Pretty please?"

No one can top off Gerald's persistence ever "Ang kulit mo talaga, sige na nga!"

He half-hugged me and I felt my body tensed because of that contact, He grinned "Oopsiee. Sorry, Kimmy. Basta sunduin kita ng 8pm ha!" He shouted as he walks away from me.

I smiled at him and urge him to go already "Sure! Sure!"

When he left, I went to the dressing room to fix my things and head home early. I saw Ate Haidee already packed everything up.

I went to her side "Ate, ang bilis mo naman."

Ate Haidee looked at me and smiled, "May nagsabing ipack ko daw ng mabilis eh."

"Sino?"

Ate looked at me incredulously "Eh sino pa ba? Edi yung makakadate mo mamaya."

I lightly pat Ate Haidee's arm "Ay! Anong date? Ang dami naming kasama no! Ate Haidee talaga!" Gerald really planned everything. From my schedule, friends, driver, and my things. How I miss those times when he used to do these things for me before.

"Sige maraming kasama pero Kimmy, mukhang nagpapagood-shot ulet si Mr. Anderson ah? Binigyan ba naman kami ng Ate Portia ng tickets sa Enchanted Kingdom para mapasyal naman daw namin pamilya namin. Tapos ngayon, eto yung mga ginagawa niya sayo. Ready ka na ba?" She asked seriously.

"Ate Haidee, friends naman talaga kayo ni Ge kahit before diba? Iba yung case niyo sa nangyari samin and besides, we agreed to be friends muna and this is what friends do diba? Kain kain and etc."

She pat my head "If pinasok mo 'to, Kimimay baka di ka na makawala. Tandaan mo yan." and left with my bags.

I sat on the vacant chair and pondered on what she said, "If pinasok mo 'to, Kimimay baka di ka na makawala. Tandaan mo yan."

"Gerald and I just agreed to be friends and try to forget that happened everything before. Pero baka tama nga si Ate Haidee, baka malubog na naman ako dito since alam ko sa puso ko na si Gerald pa rin talaga. Lord, what should I do? Pero mukhang nagpapagood shot nga ulet si Ge. Hindi naman ako manhid para di maramdaman yun. Pero ayoko na rin masaktan pa ulet. Hay. I need to talk with my girlfriends."

I went to the parking lot and saw Kuya Fredo waiting outside the van, "Oh Kuya Fredo, bakit hindi na lang kayo sa loob maghintay?"

Kuya Fredo scratched his head and stuttered "A...ano, wala lang. Pasok ka na, Kim." He opened my door and I was so surprised of what was inside my van. There was a box of siomai, french fries, and my favorite drink, Peppermint Tea, from Starbucks on the seat. There was no card whatsoever.

I looked questioningly at Kuya Fredo "Kuya, sino nagbigay nito?"

Kuya Fredo just shrugged his shoulders "Magmeryenda ka raw muna. Mamaya pa kasi yung dinner niyo."

There was only one person who would do such thing. I got in my van and used my cellphone to call him but I remembered that I don't have his number, yet so I decided to ask Enchong instead.

"'Chong! May number ka ba ni Ge?"

Enchong giggled "Miss Chiu, at bakit mo naman gusto malaman number ni Ge?"

"May sasabihin lang po. Malisyosoka talaga haaa~"

Enchong gave me Gerald's number. "Kimmy, ikaw ha. See you na lang mamaya! Ingat ka, baka puso mo malaglag masyado!"

"Ewan sayo, Enchong. Sige, bye!" I ended the call and immediately dialed Gerald's number.

He answered on the first ring, "Hey, Ge?"

"Kim?" His voice sounded surprised.

Wow! He knows already, "Yes. Wait, how did you it was me?"

"Uh. I always knew that voice." I can't help but smile.

"I see. By the way, you didn't have to do this, Ge."

"Do what?"

I ate a siomai and drank the tea "Yung siomai and peppermint tea."

He giggled "Mukhang kinakain mo na ah? Pero hindi ako yan ha!"

"Sus! Huli ka na, Ge. Pero thank you."

I sensed him smile on the other line, "Anything, Kimmy. Sige, kumain ka lang diyan. Sunduin kita mamaya ha! 7pm sharp!"

"Hoy! 8pm kaya!"

Gerald laughed "Ay. Sorry excited eh. Sige. Ingat ka, Kimmy ha and enjoy eating! Pataba ka. Bye!"

"Bye, Ge!" I pressed the end button. Good thing there was no traffic that I was able to get home at 5pm. 3 hours before he go here! What should I do first?
