I woke up with a stretch and a morning yawn.

I was finally out of the hospital and ready to go and look around.

I went to my best friend's house and rang the doorbell.

I heard running footsteps coming from inside the house.

I heard her squeky voice and her young face.

"UNNIE!!! How are you!"

I smiled as I stared deeply into her face.

"You are really pretty."

She looked at me confused.

"Can you see? Are you sick?"

I smiled and nooded that I could see and she jumped up and down.

"UNNIE! I have to tell my first grade teacher you could see!"

She dragged my hand as she yelled to her mother that she was visiting school.

We started running to her school, only a few blocks away.

We ran inside and ran to the far left and went inside a room.

"Sunsangnim! My friend can see now."

He smiled and nodded his head as he congradulated me.

I thanked him as we started to head out.

"Let's go eat ice-cream!" I shouted as we skiped to the ice-cream place.

I looked at all the colors and nodded.

I knew what flavor I was going to get.

"May I have mint choclate chip and strawberry please?"

The cashier nodded as he started to scoop the ice-cream into the cone.

I took the two ice-cream filled cones as I handed it to my friend.

I walked out to see a terrible sight,

I saw Myungsoo kissing one of my old friend, Suzy.

Flashback

"Yah SuZY!!!!"

She turned her head around slowly.

I pouted, you left me there with Myungsoo.

All of a sudden her face beamed and started to smile.

"Don't smile! That was really embarrassing."

She grabbed my hand and started to chant, "You have a crush!"

I slapped her arm playfully as she started to playfully fake cry.

I smiled and held out my hand.

"I hope you will always be my friend."

She smiled and took my hand and said, "Forever I will always be with you."

" SO~ cheesy!" I yelled as she started to chase me.

After a few years we realized that 8th grade and freshman was different.

She ditched me to go to the queekas and I was alone.

Everyday I watched her laugh and smile as tha reminded me of us.

I would also shed a tear when I saw her but after one year,

She started acting as if I was her rival.

That was when I started to not care about my life.

She knew my only secret, getting abused but she abused me more.

Getting abused was nothing, it was that she hurt my heart.

She broke her promise and made it the complete opposite.

I didn't care what other said about me I only cared about Suzy but,

she only cared about hurting me.

Present Time.

I looked at them have their moment.

I droppped my ice-cream cone as a tear drops from my eye.

That's when Myungsoo saw me, then Suzy saw me.

It hurt me that both Myungsoo and Suzy betrayed me.

They both broke their promise.

I choked out a cry as I ran away with my friend.

We arrived at her house as she asked, "What's wrong Unnie?"

I smiled as I said, "It's because the ice cream cone fell."

She grabbed my hand and gave me hers.

"Don't ever cry because it hurts me."

I shed another tear and smiled at here response.

I mouthed a thank you as I walked away.

I went inside my house and lay down on my bed.

Why did I ever fix my eyes.

I went outside and took a walk around the neighborhood.

I want to say goodbye.
