I hope this is okay! I rarely see this OTP too and I'm still glad you requested them. They're both weird, so I kinda imagined something weird for them... well, sorta weird. I oddly had fun writing this one, sorry it's kinda short though... Anyway, this is my Christmas gift to you, Merry Christmas!!♥

[3rd Person POV]

Hyunil could see it, he could see it all over Taemin's face. Something was bugging him and he did not look happy.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Hyunil said as he walked up and sat down next to Taemin.

"Eh."

"That's not an answer. Tell me! You look like you're thinking very hard about something."

"Eh."

"Stop that!" Hyunil lightly punched Taemin's shoulder. 

"Hmm."

"Oh my god! Taemin!" Hyunil scrunched up his face, staring Taemin down until he noticed him. Taemin finally broke eye contact with the black dot that he was staring at in front of him and looked at Hyunil. "Finally, I got your attention." Hyunil put his hands on Taemin's cheeks and squished them. He just took it, not sure how he should feel about what Hyunil was doing to him. "Now tell me, what is bothering you?" 

"I don't want to."

"Oh wow, you said something different..... How about I won't stop singing until you tell me what's wrong." Taemin raised his eyebrows, hoping that Hyunil was bluffing, but when he saw the latter take a deep breathe, he knew he wasn't lying. "Ready?"

"No, please don't." Taemin whispered, but it fell on deaf ears.

"You're my honeybunch, sugar plum, Pumpy-umpy-umpkin. You're my sweetie pie!" While Hyunil was singing, he still had a hold of Taemin's face, messing with him with every word said. 

"Oh my god..." He whispered again through all the squishing.

"You're my cuppycake, gumdrop, snoogums, boogums, you're the apple of my eye!" Hyunil just kept going, Taemin couldn't stay mad at how much effort he is putting into singing this song. Before he continued with the song, he removed his hands from Taemin's cheeks and put one of his arms around his neck. He pulled Taemin closer until their faces were touching and were looking at the black dot across the room. Actually Taemin was looking at Hyunil though his peripheral while Hyunil was staring up like he was singing to the ceiling. "And I love you so and I want you to know that I'm always be right here! And I want to sing sweet songs to you because you are so dear!~" By the end, Taemin couldn't help but laugh. Hyunil seemed so in tune with the song that it was actually pretty cute. "Are you happier?"

"Yeah, a little..."

"I sung that song and I put a lot of effort into, can you please tell me what's wrong?" Taemin felt obligated and so now was the time to say what was on his mind.

"I was jealous."

"Jealous of who?"

"You. You were spending more time with everyone else, you kinda left me behind." Hyunil frowned, which turned into a slight pout.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. You know you're my favorite! Should I sing the song again?" Taemin shook his head quickly.

"Nah, I'm good. One time is enough for me" Hyunil laughed at how quick Taemin was with responding to him.

"I meant it though." Hyunil kissed Taemin's cheek and rested his chin on the latter's shoulder. 

"I feel better then." Taemin leaned his head on Hyunil's and they stayed like that for a while.
