Just so y'all know, this does work. The maintenence peple at my apartment complex place did this to stop a leak in my room and it worked.

[3rd Person POV]

"Hey, do you see that?" Taemin tapped Jaejoon's shoulder and pointed above them. They were sitting on the couch in the living room when Taemin noticed a somewhat dark spot forming close to the window.

"What is that? Is that a water stain or something?" 

"Yeah, I think it is...." Taemin stared at it before asking Jaejoon a question. "Should we do something about it?"

"Ducktape." Jaejoon plainly stated without much thought.

"What?" 

"Ducktape. Ducktape solves everything."

"Are you serious right now?" Taemin questioned, wondering if Jaejoon was really thinking correctly right now or not.

"Yeah, and then get some paint that matches the color of the ceiling and paint over it. It's a simple process really." Jaejoon shrugged and threw his hands behind his head.

"And where do you suppose we get the stuff to do this?"

"I don't know, a store?" 

"Boy..." Taemin got mad and went to go hit Jaejoon, but the younger panicked.

"Don't shoot the messenger!" Jaejoon got up and ran away to find a hiding spot.

"Eh, it's not worth it." Taemin didn't feel like chasing after him and just let the younger go, actually contemplating if what he said would really work.
