Seohyun followed the teacher into the classroom, the moment she stepped inside she instantly felt uneasy. She had been living for over than a hundred years but it was the first time she ever went to school. When she was in her teenage years she couldn't go to school because at that time the situation was really bad. 

She looked at the empty spaces in front of her to avoid getting nervous from all the stares given to her.

"Attention class, we have a new student in our class. Choi Seohyun."

"Why don't you introduce yourself in front of the class?" The teacher said to her. She gave the audience a small smile before she spoke. 

"Hello, my name is Choi Seohyun. I am currently 17 years old, I hope you take good care of me." 

"Okay, Miss. Choi now you may sit beside...Jung Jessica. Jessica raise up your hand." The teacher told her when he spotted an empty seat beside the blond haired girl. Seohyun looked at the girl raising up her hand and quickly walked to her seat. As she went to her seat, she noticed two people who were sitting in front of her, it was Luhan and his sister. Luhan looked at her like he was seeing a ghost while Taeyeon looked at her with smile on her face.

"Hi I'm Jung Jessica. Nice to meet you." The blond haired girl extended her hand to Seohyun as soon as she took a seat next to her. 

"I'm Seohyun. Nice to meet you too." She shook her hand as she smiled. Seohyun sat right behind Luhan near the window. She couldn't help but feeling happy even by looking at his back.

Taeyeon noticed the sudden expression in her brother, since Seohyun entered the classroom he became so cold. For the rest of the class before the recess he just sat there emotionless. She looked at her back, Seohyun was exchanging a note with Jessica. They looked so comfortable with eachother and this is only her first day at school. 

The bell rang, Luhan quickly got up from his seat and went outside the classroom, he wasn't like everyone else in the classroom who stayed to shake hands with the new transfer girl. 

"Luhan why didn't you wait for me? We always going together for lunch." Taeyeon said as she took a seat next to her brother. Luhan didn't say anything, he just sat quietly not looking at her.

"Luhan, I know there's something between you and Seohyun and I'm not gonna ask you anything until you decide to tell me." She said as she touch his hand. She looked at his eyes, and she saw the same boy whom years ago first came to her house when his parents just died, he looked really sad. He didn't say anything but she could tell that her brother was not okay. She wondered what Seohyun did to him to make her brother became like that.

Luhan glanced around the canteen area and there he spotted Seohyun was having her lunch with Jessica and Tiffany just few tables away from him. She was smiling and he couldn't help but stare at her. When he realized what he was doing, he quickly looked away from her.

"Seohyun why don't you come to my party this saturday night?" Tiffany asked her as she chew her sandwich.

"Huh? I don't know I'll think about it." She gave her a smile. Jessica noticed the brown haired girl had been stealing a glimpse on Luhan who was eating lunch with his sister. She nudged her before she spoke to her.

"Seohyun forget about him, he's not interested in girls. The only girl who's close to him is no other than his sister Taeyeon. He's so hard to approach. But I can't blame you, he's like the hottest guy in the whole school." 

"I know right? His face is worth dying for." Tiffany added. Seohyun just smiled at them. While Jessica and Tiffany kept talking about boys and stuffs she didn't understand, she continued to stare at him from a far.

When the recess was over, Luhan switched his seat with Tiffany. Now he was sitting far away from Seohyun, he was trying his best avoiding her. Seohyun didn't mind it though, at least now she could look at his face other than his back.

"Luhan." His sister called his name as she sat beside him on his bed.

"Yeah?" 

"Well I know this is not my bussiness and I don't want to intervene but you know that I hate people right? But Seohyun, I like her. I've never met someone like her before. I don't know what happened between you too, she's the sweetest girl ever."

"I don't want to talk about her." He said coldly. Taeyeon sighed.

"Okay, anyways dad told us to clean the storage since we will put more stuffs in there." With that she walked out his room and closed the door behind her.

'Wait, did she said the storage? Ohh no' Luhan ran outside his room and rushed to the storage but it was too late. Taeyeon was already there staring at the large family portrait with opened. 

"Luhan you owe me an explanation."

'Joohyun, he's coming! You have to hide now. Yuri and Sooyoung! They will protect you.'

'Mom I'm scared.'

'Don't be.'

'Mom....'

'Listen. You must not breath a single word of this.'

Seohyun woke up and realized she was just dreaming, a bad dream from her past, long before she met Yoona and her family. It's been so long since the last time she dream about this, now that it happened again she knew that something bad will happen. She got up from her bed and headed to the livingroom where she found Yoona who was sitting on the couch doing nothing.

"Unnie, why you still awake?" She took a seat next to her. Yoona looked at her and smiled.

"It's kind of weird hearing you calling me 'unnie' when I have a son who is now 17 years old." She laughed. 

"I still remember the first time we met Seohyun. We found you were badly injured and we took care of your wounds but after you were healed we didn't want to let you go and we decided to take you into our family. Mom and dad were so pleased to have you as their daughter and I was just more than happy to have a sister like you. Mom and dad love you very much and when they gave you the large room with the balcony, I was a bit jealous. When you told us that you don't get old we were very surprised but we never wanted to let you go.  The day we had to hide you inside this forest, we couldn't sleep the whole night." Tears escaped from her eyes, she quickly wiped her own tears and faced the younger girl.

"Seohyun, he will find you very soon and we know what will he do to you once he finds you." 

"Unnie I don't care, I don't want to hide anymore. If he finds me, I am more than ready to face him." She smiled sweetly.

"I wonder where did you get that courage from. Is it because of him?" Seohyun nodded.

"I know he hates me now and maybe Yuri unnie was right. We can't never be together, but I'm glad I met him and fall in love with him. He was and is the only guy for me." 

"Don't you think you need to tell him that Yuri lied to him?" Seohyun shook his head.

"It doesn't matter anymore..." She said weakly.

"Seohyun you're crying." Yoona wiped her tears and hugged her.

"By the way, what's his name?" Yoona asked her as she broke the hug. 

"Luhan. Kim Luhan. His name was Xi Luhan but he got adopted and his name changed to Kim Luhan. Ohh and he now lives in our old house with his family." 

"Well his family must be so rich then." 

"No, unnie he's not coming from a rich family. I remember he said that his parents got the whole house at a low price." Yoona looked at her in surprised.

"Impossible..". 

"Yes?"

"Something isn't right. Before we left to the US, someone who bought the house was Mr. Lee. I know him so well, he would never give the house at a low price." 

"I don't know unnie. Maybe someone before Luhan's parents bought it at a high price then he sold it to Luhan parents at a low price." Yoona nodded but it bothered her somehow.

"Unnie by the way why did you break up with your boyfriend that time? Right before I was sent to this forest to hide. I never got the chance to ask you about it. He was a very nice guy. What was his name? I forgot." 

"Kim Jongin." 

"Right. Kim Jongin. Why did you break up with him unnie?" 

"Seohyun listen carefully to what I will tell you. You need to know this." Yoona held the younger hands tightly as she looked at her.

"The reason I broke up with him, that's because I found out that Jongin's dad is Kim Chul." Seohyun widened her eyes in surprise.

"Wh-what?" She stammered. 

"Yes, his father is the guy who has been chasing you. That's why I broke up with him." 

"20 years ago, I think it was Jongin who told him about you. I can still remember that time when that old man came to our house and he hurted dad because he didn't let him to see you. I know he was going to kill you." Yoona covered her face with her palms.

"Wait, that means Kim Jongin also immortal?" 

"I don't know, I haven't seen the older him. Last time I saw him it was 20 years ago." Yoona said.

Suddenly they heard someone's knocking on the door. Seohyun opened the door to see Yuri, she quickly walked inside the house and sat on the couch.

"Yuri unnie what brings you here at this hour?" Seohyun quickly asked the older girl as soon as she sat in front of her. Yuri looked at Seohyun then to Yoona.

"I think I saw that old man in the town."

"Who?" Seohyun asked.

"The one who's been chasing you." Seohyun just looked at her blankly. Yoona cleared and turned to Seohyun.

"There is something I always wanted to ask you Seohyun. Why does he only chase you why not he also chases Yuri and Sooyoung?" Yoona asked making the two stirred on their seats.

"Haha you're kidding." Taeyeon laughed at what her brother just told her. She looked at him, he was giving her a serious look.

"Omg! You're not kidding!" She looked at him with her jaw dropped. 

"Tell me everything. Tell me."

"I knew you're going to be like this." He stood up and ready to leave.

"Luhan don't leave now. Remember dad told us to clean this room." He paid no attention to her. He kept walking to his room.

Yoona wandered around the town with her car, something about last night was still bothering her and she got to find out.

She pressed the doorbell of a huge house and soon the door opened revealing a woman around her age who gave her a big hug as soon as she saw her.

"Yoona long time no see. How are you?" They walked inside the house and sat on the sofa.

"I'm good. Sunkyu the reason I'm coming here is to ask you about something."

"Yes you can ask me about anything." Sunkyu said as she smiled.

"Do you know the person who bought my old house from your father?" Sunkyu nodded.

"Of course. Hold on I'll bring you the documents."

"Hey man, why didn't you come for practice yesterday?" Suho asked Luhan who was just came with his tray. It was lunch time and he didn't want to sit beside his sister because she just couldn't stop asking him about Seohyun so he decided to sit with his friends from soccer team.

"Yeah why didn't you come? We all waited for you." Xiumin said while he was playing with his phone. Luhan just shrugged, he didn't say anything.

"Don't mind him. He's been like that lately." Lay said.

"What's wrong man? Are you having  some problem with girls? I never even seen you with a girl other than your sister before." Luhan again just shrugged. 

"Speaking of girls. Don't you guys think the new girl looks hot today?" Suho said as stared at the brown haired girl who was sitting with Jessica and Tiffany not far from them.

"Don't talk about her like that." Luhan spoke for the first time since he arrived at their table. Suho ignored him, he walked towards the girls table and sat there. Luhan watched Suho who was talking to Seohyun, he clearly was flirting with her and she was smiling. Luhan tried his best to ignored it but something inside him took over him when he saw the flirty guy touched her hand. He stood up from his seat and walked towards their table.

"Don't touch her!" He said as he punched Suho hard on the face, making the poor guy in front of him fell on the ground. Everyone in the canteen area gasped looking at the scene before them.

"Luhan what's wrong with you?" Lay asked him as he approached him. Luhan looked at Seohyun who was helping Suho getting up and he left the place with no expression. Lay and Xiumin were confused, that wasn't the Luhan that they know. He's not someone who could easily throw a punch on other people especially his own friends.

Taeyeon pulled her brother to the back of their school building after the incident.

"Luhan why did you that? Don't you know his father is? His father is the mayor of this town." Luhan just looked down on the ground, he didn't mutter a single word.

"Luhan...?" He still didn't reply her. Taeyeon gave up and left him alone. He leaned his back against the wall and crossed his arms as he closed his eyes. He quickly opened his eyes when he heard the sound of footsteps. He looked at his side to see Seohyun was already there standing beside him.

"Why are you here?" He asked her coldly.

"I just want to see you." She said sofly. They stood there in silence until Luhan started to walk away. 

"Luhan where are you going? School is not over yet." She asked him when she realized that he was walking opposite the school direction. He ignored her as he kept walking. Seohyun ran after him and pulled his hand. 

"I'm going with you."

"Here's the documents about the house." Sunkyu handed Yoona the documents.

"Thank you Sunkyu." She read the documents and her eyes widened in fear when she read the name on it.

"K-Kim Chul? The man who bought this house from your father is Kim Chul?" Yoona asked Sunkyu as her hands trembled.

"What's wrong?" Sunkyu approached her.

"I-I need to go now." Yoona walked outside the house and quickly ran to her car.

'I have to warn Seohyun. That old man never left this town. He was the one who bought the house but why did he sell it to Luhan's parents at a low price?' She thought as she drove her car.

"Yuri, have you found her?" Yoona asked Yuri who just came inside the house. It was almost midnight and Seohyun hasn't returned home. Yuri shook her head.

"I wonder where she is. She doesn't pick up her phone, do you think he found her?" Her hands were trembling.

"No, if he found her Sooyoung must have informed us." Yuri answered as she walked towards Seohyun's room to take her things inside the large box.

Yoona woke up when she heard the door creaked open, it was Seohyun. She was waiting for the younger girl and she fell asleep on the couch. She looked at the time, it was 6am.

"Seohyun where have you been? Where did you sleep last night?" Seohyun gulped.

"I-I I was um somewhere." She was stammering. Yoona stood up and walked closer to her.

"You didn't do anything bad did you?"

"Look unnie I have to get ready for school." She rushed to her room and locked the door.

"Taeyeon, you still can't reach your brother?" Her mother asked her. They were in a lobby of mayor's office. Her father was inside the office, begging to the mayor not to take legal action over the matter. 

"Mom he doesn't pick his phone. Why did he run away like this after he made such a big mistake? Dad will surely ground him. I didn't go to school because of this." Her mother wrapped her arm around her shoulders.

"Don't say like that about your brother. We have to trust him. He must have his reason." Taeyeon nodded.

"Mom its over than two hours already. What's dad doing there? I think the mayor doesn't even want to see him. I can't wait any longer." She stood up and headed to the receptionist.

"Miss, is there anything we can do?"

"I want to ask about my father. He's been inside the office for more than two hours."

"Could we have your father's name miss?"

"His name is Kim Jongin. My father's name is Kim Jongin."
