Ever since Saehyun started talking to Minho, which was probably already a few months, her sleeping schedules grew later and later. She used to doze off from 10 pm, and now she was still wide awake at 1 AM. Her phone kept on buzzing, telling her to reply to him. 

She didnt realise she was smiling while texting him back. The same way she smiled to herself when something cute happens in a drama she was watching.

And the texts seemed like it was never ending.

                                                                          "Are they good or something?"

                                                                                              "They're good."
                                                                                                                         "And I think u'll like their songs."

                                                                                     Thunder."
                                                                                                                                    "But I think u'll like Thunder the best ;)"

                                                                       "That song has been stuck in my 
                                                                       head for a while."

                                                                                             "Hahaha fine,"
                                                                                     "Wait ya."

Saehyun opened her laptop to search up the song. She clicked on a link and heard a low voice of a man, singing the words to "Whistle for The Choir." She liked the laid-back yet cheerful style of the song. Within seconds, she was completely absorbed by the lyrics.

 After the song was finished, Saehyun immediately texted Minho.

                                                             "Since May perhaps."

                                                                     "Oh hahah ok,"

                                                             "Yeah."

                                                                                                                                            "Anyways, it's been quite a while since we started chatting."
                                                                                     "And exams are coming."

                                                              "Hahaha yep."
                                                              "It's September noww"

Usually, people would choose Friday as their favorite day of the week, but Saehyun's favourite day was Wednesday. She likes it because not many people notice it pass by and Wednesdays are often quieter than any other days.

It was a quiet Wednesday afternoon when Saehyun strolled down the school grounds to reach her class' hangout spot. It was located at the back of the campus building and it was secluded from the other places. Only people from her grade come down here to hang out after school.

From a distance, she could see six of her highschool classmates fooling around as usual. One of them noticed her and waved her a hello. She held her hand up, and smiled.

As she arrived, she saw Son Nayeon patting the spot next to her. A gesture for her to sit down there. Saehyun towards the spot and sat, folding her legs in the process. "Hey, what's up?" she asked.

"Oh, nothing much, just writing my fanfiction." Nayeon said. She talked to Saehyun for a while, explaining what the fanfic was about and Saehyun let her do her work by sitting quietly next to her. 

She decided to play with her phone since she had nothing to do. The game 'Flappy Bird' was hated my most people she knew but for some reason, she actually liked it. Her highscore was 83. Saehyun tapped her screen lightly as the little yellow bird flew unsteadily through the pipes. Flappy should probably lose some weight. Maybe he'll fly better then.

Just as she was passing the 20th pipe, she heard Minho exclaiming her name as he approached her place. He dumped his backpack next to hers and sat. "What are you playing?" 

Minho scrunched up his nose as he heard the sound of Flappy Bird. It's as if he smelt a foul smell. "Oh my god. You still play that?!" he half-exclaimed.

"Yeah, why not? It's a fun game." she said. The yellow bird was passing his 30th now. 

Minho chanted along as Flappy Bird pass through each pipes effortlessly, "31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40! Wow you're good! 42.. 43, 44, 45,46.." 

Saehyun felt her fingers slip and the bird crashed down the side of the green pipe. She sighed in frustration. "Why did you count? it made me nervous!" she blamed him out of no where. He just smiled goofily in return. "Let me try now,"

She watched as he struggled through the first 10 pipes and then chanted, "11, 12, 13, 14, 56, 0, 88, 45, 100!" and the bird fell at the 19th pipe. Minho exploded. "YAH! Why did you do that? It's unfair! Atleast I counted yours right,"

Saehyun could hear Son Nayeon giggling quietly next to her and was reminded that she was one of the Doctors shippers. The girl was typing furiously on her phone. She took a peek and turns out Nayeon was informing Park Luna, another fangirl, about how Doctors just "happened". She wasnt sure how she felt about this whole shipping thing.

A car horn blared through the silence and Saehyun took notice that it was her mother, picking her up. She quickly grabbed her old backpack and dashed off after saying goodbye to Minho and Nayeon. As she headed for her car, her bag's strap broke, causing everything to fall down. She stood still for a while, unblinking in bewilderment.

Minho's laugh echoed. He was lying against a wall, pointing at her and laughing like a coyote. She let out a desperate laugh because she couldnt bend down to pick everything up, the wind wasn't cooperating and her skirt might lift up. 

After laughing his heart out, which took a while, Minho decided to help her. "God Saehyun, You're such a loser." he smiled.

She muttered a thanks and went for her car. 

"But it's okay cause you're cute!" He shouted after her, causing her mom to smirk at her daughter.

"You both are such cuties," She said as Saehyun rolled her eyes.
