The owner of Meùr Company had retired, and as what Areum's mother told Eunjung, they will be now handled by Areum's brother, and the changes that he had been doing to the company is affecting every employee though Eunjung professionally handled everything. 

Hyomin was running to their office she was already late, Eunjung didn't bother her this morning because she had an important meeting to attend to.  Then she saw a middle aged man threatening a boy, while a girl is holding him to calm, they were one of Eunjung's employee, so Hyomin hurriedly got into the scene.

" You dare to touch my wife!  " the boy was dating the girl secretly for almost a year now, but when her husband caught them she told him that she was forced

" I apologize if I'm butting into your personal conflict, but this is an inappropriate place to be arguing about this " Hyomin said in a respectful tone

" You're right, Iets just take this to the court!  " 

Hyomin's eyes widen, as so are the girl and the boy " a-uhm, wait. There's no need for you to do that. I am begging you sir " Hyomin kept bowing

" if you will sue him Please allow me to void his contract to our company first as it will do great damage to our reputation. " a man's voice interrupts 

" And who are you?" 

" I am Meùr's president. There's no need to be hasty, I'll have them out of this place right away then you'll have your chance to file a lawsuit, if that's what pleases you " the man walks away without even waiting for their reaction, she ordered his man to grab the boy and bring him.

" Our sale is plucking down again, we need to come up with a new idea " the door suddenly opened and interrupted Eunjung from talking, it was him Jaehyun Areum's brother. His personal bodyguards are holding a boy, he dismissed all the people inside the room. 

" What did you do ?" Eunjung asked in concern

" Your team is not really doing well this year, and your employee is even making trouble! If you do not handle them right, I'll be dissolving your team" 

" what happened ?" Eunjung asked again

" A man out there wants to file a law suit! Get him out of my company! " 

" Sir, I did not forced her! She is my girlfriend ! And I didn't know that she was already married " 

" Erica is what ? " Eunjung was shocked too

" You are aware of their relationship!? " Jaehyun got really mad " fantastic! if you do not clear this mess, I'll be cutting down your team's budget. and tell your members that from now on, dating is prohibited  , if any of you have complains about it, I'll only give you two answer either you break up with whoever you're dating or one of you quits " he arrogantly walked away again. 

Eunjung got no choice but to fire the boy, fortunately the man listened to Jaehyun and only filed a lawsuit after the boy was out of the company, though Eunjung felt really bad for him she couldn't do anything Jaehyun ordered them not to get in contact with him, Eunjung announced to everybody what happened and what their president told them. Hyomin and Eunjung talked about what to do and they only came out with one answer, is that Hyomin will quit as Eunjung is more needed in the company. Hyomin requested to go back to Korea to apply in a new company, though this job became a big part of her life, Eunjung is more important to her.  Eunjung would follow until her contract has ended.
