'Wake up!'

He turned over in his bed, groaning a little. The voice was insistant. 'Wake up!'

Eventually, he cracked an eye open 'Granddad, what are you doing here?' mumbled Woohyun sleepily.

'Don't you think it's time to show Soomin?' asked Grandad Nam.

'Show her what?' replied Woohyun.

'Your Grandmother.' said Grandad Nam.

Woohyun looked at the calendar. His eyes widened. '!'

'Language, but otherwise yes' replied Grandad Nam. 'Take her with you, ok?'

'But-'

'No buts! You're taking her and that's final!'

Woohyun stopped outside Soomin's door and raised a fist. He took a breath and knocked.

There was no reply, so he decided to go into the room. There, he found Soomin adorably curled up on her side with a monkey plushie under the blankets, her dark hair spread out across the pillows, her lips in a small pout.

His heart skipped a beat. 'She looks adorable' he thought Wait, snap out of it, Woohyun, you love Minah, you love Minah

He shook Soomin.

'Soomin-ah! Wake up' 

'Mmnff-'

'Wake up!' he shook her harder

Soomin cracked an eye open, followed by the other eye. Her eyes widened when she saw who it was.

'W-what are you doing here?' she squeaked.

Woohyun rubbed the back of his neck, then said, 'We're going somewhere, pack enough clothes for 2 days, ok?'

'Where are we going?' asked Soomin

'Stop with the questions, ok? You'll know when you get there. Oh, and where something nice.' he said, before goin out again.

Soomin was puzzled, but nontheless she started to get ready.

Then she realised.

Woohyun had woken her up.
