Myungsoo POV

I sat beside Yoona in the hospital. She was lying on the hospital bed. They have already done the surgery but no one would know when she would wake up. I held on to her hand tightly, grasping to whatever life she had left. 

Please don't leave me Yoona, please.

It was night once again. Again, I would sleep by Yoona's side, not ever leaving her. I will wait until she wakes again. I started to think about how far Yoona and I have gone.

The first day of sophomore year was the first time she ever noticed me. I had smashed my face into a locker and she laughed. The day that I had saved her from getting hit by a dodgeball in gym. Hehe. The day that I accidetally told her that I missed her when we were at the SEOUL fair when I was getting chased by the cookie girls. Our first kiss in the gym. Our sweet moments at the cafe. All the heartbreaks that wev'e gone through together. The first time that we had lost our ity. 

So much memories, which is why I can't lose Yoona now. We have so much ahead of us. 

I drifted off to a deep sleep.
