The first school week flew by quickly.

I stood in front of the dressing room’s full length mirror, in an elegant white cocktail dress that my teacher kindly prepared for me.

I’ve never felt this nervous for any performance at even bigger events.

I wonder where he will be seated?
What will he think of my performance?
Will he even turn up?

“Eun Mi, you’re up next!” My teacher knocked on the door, putting a stop to the tens of questions in my head.

I peeked at the audience seats from behind the curtains while waiting for the emcee to finish his introduction. I can’t spot Chan Yeol in the sea of audience.
