Falling in Love with my Servant

You and Youngmin stared at each other, eyes widened with a little smile on your lips. You titled your head to the left, he followed you. You titled your head to the right, he followed you again. Not being able to hold it in any longer, you let out a laugh. Youngmin chuckled slightly before going back to staring at you.

"Stop." you pouted, not knowing what to do since all Youngmin was doing was staring at you.

He continued on with mimicking you and pouted as well. You gently pushed him, as to restate you telling him to stop. Youngmin, having fun teasing you, pretended that the push was strong. He fell onto your bed that the two of you were currently sitting on, and started to roll around, exclaiming that it hurt.

"You're mean." you said, trying to hold in your laughter.

When he heard you say that, Youngmin pouted. He grabbed a hold of your hand and brought it closer to himself. You couldn't help but smile when he intertwined his fingers with yours.

"I'm not mean." he said as he sat back up.

Youngmin gently kissed your cheek, making you blush. You stared into his pretty eyes, and felt like your heart was going to melt.

"Come here." Youngmin smiled at you with his arms wide open.

You moved closer to him and gently rested your head on his chest, his arms gave you a happy welcome as they wrapped around your body. Youngmin rested his chin on top of your head, about to whisper something to you. But, before he could, there was a knock and the door opened.

"Oh, Minji you're with Youngmin." your dad smiled when he walked in and saw you guys.

The two of you pulled apart. You got out of your bed and ran over to your door. Youngmin got out too. Not necessary knowing what he should do, he resorted in standing next to your bed to wait for any instructions.

"Am I disturbing you guys?" he asked.

You shook your head with a smile.

"Did you need something, Appa?" you asked.

"No, I just wanted to see how you guys were doing." he smiled at Youngmin who politely bowed and smiled back.

Your dad sat himself down on the corner of your bed. He then told you and Youngmin to sit as well and that was exactly what you did.

"Can I ask how long the two of you have been dating?"

"Just over a month." you replied, smiling at Youngmin who started to intertwine his fingers with yours.

"Wow, and I never noticed." your dad laughed, "I'm always too busy to pay attention to my daughter that I didn't even know she was dating someone."

"Don't say that, Appa."

"It's true. But I'm glad that you have Youngmin. I trust you'll treat her well?"

"Of course, Mr. Kim." Youngmin smiled, wrapping you in his arms, making you giggle.

"The carnival is coming this saturday. How about we all go together?" your dad suggested.

"Yeah! That sounds fun!" you exclaimed.

The start of your day was great. As always, you spent it with Youngmin. Although the weather was pretty nice today, you and him decided to stay home instead, seeing as tonight the two of you were going to the carnival with your dad. Currently, you were chilling in Youngmin's room. You laid on his bed, staring straight at the ceiling. Youngmin had went out to grab himself something to eat, and you were waiting for him. As soon as he came back in, you sat up and greeted him with a smile. He had a bottle of water in one hand, and a plate with a sandwich on it in the other.

"Youngmin-ahh." you pouted as he sat down beside you, "I'm bored."

"Hmm... what do you want to do then?" he asked.

"I don't know."

"Want some?" Youngmin asked brightly, handing the sandwich to you.

He brought it to close to your mouth. Happily, you took a bite of it.

"Does it taste ok?" he tilted his head slightly.

"It tastes great! Did you make it?"

"Yup!" Youngmin smiled.

"A sandwich isn't that hard to make though." you teased.

"Do you want the sandwich or not?" he laughed as he shoved half of the sandwich to you, and munched on his half.

You let out a laugh before eating the sandwich that he made. Once in awhile, you look over to see Youngmin quietly eating. When you had finished, you looked over to see Youngmin had finished as well. He just sat there in silence, not knowing what to do next.

"I love you, Youngmin. Your cooking is great." you gently kissed his cheek.

"Thanks." he chuckled, "I love you too."

After dinner was over, you went up to your room to change. It was time for you, Youngmin, and your dad to go out to the carnival! You wore a plain white t-shirt and demin shorts, just something casual. Pleased with what you were wearing, you grabbed your bad and ran downstairs. When you reached the living room, you realized you were the first one to finish. You decided to walk over to Youngmin's room to wait for him there.

"Youngmin? Are you done yet?" you asked as you knocked on his door.

"Almost!" he replied.

The door opened a few seconds later, revealing Youngmin standing in front of you. He wore a light green t-shirt with a white cardigan on top and white jeans. Youngmin smiled at you brightly and you did the same. You linked your arm with his which made him laugh. Then. the two of you headed to the living room.

"You two ready?" your dad asked when he saw you.

"Yup!" you happily replied.

As you crawled out of the car, you were greeted with beautiful lights and carnival music filled the air. You jumped up and down, excited to be here. As the three of you stated to walk in, you saw a big ferris wheel in the middle.

"Can we go on that??" you cheerfully asked.

______________________________

Minji happily ran over to the ferris wheel. Me and Mr. Kim had to pick up our pace to catch up to her and not lose her in the crowd of people. The line was pretty long, but not too long. We would get there in a few minutes or so.

"So, how are you today, Youngmin?" Mr. Kim suddenly asked.

"Oh, I'm good, sir. How about you?"

"I'm alright." he replied, "Have you ever been to a carnival before?"

"Actually..no." I laughed awkwardly, scratching the back of my head.

"I guess you'll have fun today then." Mr. Kim smiled, "Especially since you'll be with Minji."

When it was finally our turn to board onto the ferris wheel, I looked over to Minji and saw how excited she was. Seeing her this happy made me really happy too. I sat myself next to her as Mr. Kim took the seat on the other side to help balance it out. Normally, I would sit really close to her and look at whatever she was looking at, which in this case is out the window. But because I felt a little awkward since Mr. Kim was here, I didn't really sit too close to Minji, there was still a little distance in between us. Soon we reached the top. That's when I felt her grab onto my hand to get my attention.

"Look!" she happily said as she pointed out the beautiful view.

Taking advantage of the grip she had on my hand, she pulled me closer to her. I leaned over and rested my chin on her shoulder, admiring the view with her.

"Look at all the games over there." Minji pointed out.

"Wow." I replied as my eyes scanned all the games people were playing.

"That's a really cute teddy bear." she smiled.

I looked at where she was pointing and saw exactly what she was talking about. There was a big, white, teddy bear that was hanging from one of the game booths.

"I'll win it for you." I smiled as I started to wrap my arms around her waist.

"Those games are really hard to win though."

"I don't care. I'll still win it for you. I'll win all the prizes in this whole carnival for you if you want."

"ALL? Where would I put everything? How would I even get it home?" Minji laughed.

   ______________________________

As you and Youngmin were happily looking out the window together, your dad was busy observing the two of you. He could see how happy you guys were together. He truly saw it for himself and he couldn't argue with it. You were so happy. He's never seen you smile this brightly before. Youngmin didn't even do much, but he already made you the happiest girl on earth.

After the ferris wheel ride, you walked around and all bought some cotton candy. Your dad bought a small one while you and Youngmin bought a bigger one to share.

"It's getting late. I should get home now. You two have fun, but don't come home too late, ok?"

"Ok, Appa! Bye!" you and Youngmin waved goodbye.

"Let's go win you that teddy bear now!" Youngmin exclaimed.

He grabbed onto your hand and started walking into the direction of the games. Youngmin looked around, trying to figure out which game booth had the teddy bear you guys saw before. As he was searching, you couldn't help but laugh.

"You don't have to win me it."

"You don't think I can win it?" Youngmin pouted, stopping in his tracks so he can hold both of your hands.

"No, it's not that!" you protested.

"I want to win it for you." he gently kissed your cheek before continuing the search.

When Youngmin finally found the game booth, he looked really happy and immediately ran over to it. The game seemed pretty simple, just throw the ball at the target. You had 3 chances and there were 3 targets. One large that seemed fairly easy to hit, a medium and a small. Depending on which target you hit, you'd get a different prize. Hitting the smallest one meant getting the teddy bear, so that was Youngmin's target. But because it was the smallest, it was the hardest to hit as well.

Youngmin gave the money required to play to the guy, who handed him 3 balls. He took his positioned and threw the first ball, it missed. Youngmin let out a sigh before throwing the second. It missed as well. He seemed to be really bummed out that he missed again and only had one chance left.

"Youngmin fighting!" you smiled. hoping to boast his confidence.

It seemed to work. After you said that Youngmin smiled. He took his positioned again, a determined look on his face. He threw the ball at the target with all his might, and it hit it!

"Congratulations." the man said as he handed the teddy bear to Youngmin.

"Thank you!" Youngmin happily replied, then ran over to you.

"Here you go!" he smiled, handing the bear to you.

You took the bear in your hands. It was bigger than you expected. It was more than half the size of you!

"Thank you!" you exclaimed, cuddling it in your arms, "It's so cute!"

After walking around for a little longer, you and Youngmin went to find somewhere to sit down. You found a patch of grass where there wasn't a lot of people and decided to sit there. You put the bear in between the two of you so both of you could lean on it's soft body.

"If I knew you were going to love the bear more than me, I wouldn't have won it for you." Youngmin protested when he saw you leaning on it.

"You're jealous of a bear?" you laughed, gently poking his nose.

"Yes." he pouted.

You moved the teddy bear aside, then scooched closer to Youngmin's side. You rested your head on his chest, and wrapped your arms around his waist.

"I'm sorry. I'll always love you more." you smiled.

Youngmin smiled, gently your hair. He rested his head on yours and put his arm around you. You could hear the sound of children laughing and music playing in the distance. Other than that, the place you were at was pretty quiet. But that was a good thing. "Tonight was fun." Youngmin said, breaking the silence that was going on.

"Yeah, it was." you looked up at him with a smile.

"Minji."

"Hm?"

Youngmin moved closer to you. You could feel his cheek on yours. Your heart raced upon him being so close to you. You turned, your face now facing his. The two of you stared at each other. Silence filled the air again. Your heart was beating so loud, you were sure Youngmin could hear it. He moved even closer, and now your noses were touching. You could feel his warm breath on your face. You felt your cheeks start to heat up and heard a small chuckle come out from Youngmin. He stared at you for a little longer before moving in, gently pressing his lips onto yours. For that moment you felt like the world revolved the two of you. It was so magical, you didn't want it to ever need.

"I love you." he said quietly after pulling away.

"I love you too." you replied, gently pecking his lips.

Youngmin smiled, moving a strand of hair behind your ear. He leaned over and took the bear that you had set aside. He held it in front of him and played with it as if it were a little kid.

"Ah, little bear! Guess what? I just kissed the love of my life and it was the best moment of my life!"

You couldn't help but laugh as you watched him hug the bear tightly. It was funny but so cute to see.

"You're weird." you giggled, taking the bear back.

"No I'm not." Youngmin protested, "Little bear, I'm not weird, right?"

"Little bear? Is that it's name? Not very creative." you teased, cuddling it in your arms.

"Ok, Youngmin and Minji would make... Youngji! We'll name it that"  Youngmin happily replied.

"Youngji! Now you have a name." you gently kissed the bear's nose before setting it down in front of you.
