Not even ten minutes later, the door is kicked down by Tao carrying a small brown box and Kris who's screaming "COME ON ERS LOOK AT THE ING CUTE CAT WE GOT!"
And thus, eight members appear, staring intensely at the box as if they're gonna burn holes through it.
Kris squinted. "Huh, Joonmyeon's sulking still?"
Just then, Joonmyeon's voice could be heard with the sounds of Yixing scolding him.
"I DON'T WANNA SEE THE DAMN CAT, YIXING!"
"BABE, THAT'D BE SO RUDE! THEY BEGGED YOU FOR PERMISSION!"
Now, the couple was in their line of sight.
Joonmyeon was clutching the top of the stairs' railing, wailing. "BUT I DON'T WANNA-"
Yixing pulled him by the arm, clenching his teeth. "JOONMYEON-" He tugged harder. "DON'T BE AN -" He tugged harder. "TO YOUR ING FAMILY!" And with one more consecutively harder tug, Joonmyeon went tumbling down the stairs.
And no one seemed to care, because Tao was now opening the box.
In the box was a small 'kitten' with brown spots outlined in black and black-brown stripes that run down the center of its body.
Immediately, a chorus of 'aw's and squeals echoed while Joonmyeon's face paled.
The leader shrieked before hiding behind Kris, who promptly shoved him onto the floor.
Yixing looked at his boyfriend, petting the kitten who purred in its arms. "What's wrong, hon? Isn't it cute?"
"GET THAT THING AWAY FROM ME!" Joonmyeon screeched before clawing the floor behind him and crawling to the corner.
"But why~?" Tao frowned. "Do you not like it?"
Kris dragged the leader back to his feet and put him face to face with the kitten.
Joonmyeon was as white as paper. "You guys are es, this isn't a ing domestic kitten, this is a ing ocelot !"
Just then, the kitten snarled and jumped to Joonmyeon, clawing his face while he shrieked.
Tao only sighed dreamily. "I named him Puss Puss."
"Well, looks like Puss Puss has gone wonkers." SeHun commented, pointing to how Joonmyeon kept trying to pluck the kitty off his face whilst screaming.
