Jessica went out the office, tears streaming down her face.

“Sooyeon... I still love you.”

The words kept replaying in her head. She wanted him back. She wanted to be back in his arms.

She crashed into Jaejoong, not seeing anything because of the tears.

“Sica? What happened? Why are you crying?” he asked worriedly, gripping both her arms.

She just shook her head, not trusting herself to speak.

“Tell me, please. Did something happen to Miyoung?” He asked, starting to wipe the tears from her cheeks.

"Stop. Please. I just... I just can't do this," she said, then ran out the building.

JESSICA POV

What do I do?

I love him too.

Jaejoong... he made me happy when my own sisters couldn't.

She got inside her car and started to drive away.

Donghae also ran out the office, hoping to catch up to Jessica. Instead, he saw Jaejoong. Seeing each other, they bot knew.

"What did you just do, Hae?" Jaejoong asked harshly, dragging him to the side.

"I didn't do anything, hung. I wasn't the one who was flirting with someone else's wife." Donghae replied.

"Oh, so leaving behind your wife and daughter doesn't count as doing anything now?" Jaejoong challenged

"I didn't leave them. I just need time alone." Donghae said with clenched teeth.

Jaejoong laughed humorlessly. "Time alone? Are you really that stupid? You could've told Jessica that. You could've said you wanted to go somewhere alone. But what did you do? You took off, left her all ed up. It's good she can act around Miyoung, otherwise your daughter would be a miserable wreck too." Jaejoong spat at him.

"Fine. You're right. I'm wrong. I ed up real bad. But she's still my wife. There was never a divorce. I will get her back." Donghae said.

"Get her back? Then what? Leave her again? It should never have been you. I've always loved her. You didn't, did you? You were so crazy about Yoona back then. But then she dumped you, and jessica had to comfort you and do things for you to make you realize how important she is. If it was me, she would've never experienced getting hurt. If it was me, she'd be so happy right now. I've loved her ever since her training days. How could she have been so blind?' He asked softly.

"Why don't you just let her be mine? Why don't you just let her be happy?"

Donghae shook his head. :I promised myself I would do everything to be the cause of Jessica's happiness. It's about time I fulfilled that promise." He said, then turned to leave.

"Donghae." jaejoong called. "I'm still not giving up on her."
