You woke up to the delicious smell of pancakes and a light of your hair, making you want to purr from happiness. Instead you settled for a happy sigh, leaning into the touch and letting your eyes flutter open.

The sight that greeted you was no less happiness inducing than the rest of what had woken you. Namjoon was sitting on the edge of your bed, wearing nothing but pajama pants, smiling down at you as he your hair gently, just enough movement to stir you from your slumber.

“Good morning, beautiful.”

You smiled back up at him, feeling absolutely perfect in that moment.

“Morning, jagi.” Your words were mumbled sleepily as you sat up, moving your hand to rub the sleep out of your eyes but were instead greeted by Namjoon’s lips capturing yours.

You smiled into the kiss, eyes sliding shut for a moment.

“What did I do to earn such a lovely wake up?” You asked after the kiss was broken, noticing that the source of the pancake smell was a plate stacked high with them on your nightstand.

“While I would love to say I’m just the perfect guy and made you breakfast…” Namjoon smiled irresistibly, “really Jin was in a cooking mood so he made a ton of pancakes for everyone. And even though I’m not perfect I stole a plate for you. I hope that makes me good enough of a boyfriend?” He arched his left eyebrow, waiting for a confirmation and making you laugh.

Pulling him in for another kiss you told him: “You’re perfect to me.”
