"You are NOT going to meet them like that!" Hoseok crossed his arms and frowned at his sister.

"What, why not?" She looked down at herself, clearly not seeing what was wrong with one of her favourite v-cut blouse and cute skirt. She wore this outfit a lot when she wanted to look nice, and she sure as heck wanted to look nice when meeting her little brother's band members for the first time.

"It's way too revealing!" Hoseok told her, grabbing her shoulders and pushing her back towards her room, "Noona, go change!"

"Yah!" She turned around to face him. "I spent a lot of time picking this outfit, Hoseok! It's cute and I like it so deal with it. Sheesh, and here I wanted to look nice so your band members would like me..."

"They'll like you just fine, I just don't want them to get any stupid ideas." Hoseok frowned and his sister couldn't help but laugh, poking his cheek.

"Come on, you pabo. I don't need you to worry about me. Now let's go or we'll be late." She took his hand and dragged her silly little brother out the door.

Half an hour later they arrived at the restaurant where she was meeting the rest of Bangtan. Hoseok stood protectively by her side, slightly in front of her and shoulder blocking her shoulder from view. He was trying not to be overpoweringly protective, she could tell. Still, her little brother always took this stance when introducing her to guys. He considered all of them a threat and none of them worthy of her. She had to fight the urge to roll her eyes.

"Guys, this is my sister, Jung _______."

"Nice to meet you all." She bowed. "Thank you for always taking care of my brother."

She received their greetings in return and they sat down. Besides the members of Bangtan and their manager they were also joined by Rap Monster's younger sister and V's two younger siblings, a sister and a brother. They had decided the girls might be more comfortable being introduced all together and V's brother had tagged along, wanting to meet the members too.

"Aigoo, Hope-hyung, your sister is really pretty. Are you sure you're related?" Suga asked, grinning wickedly, earning himself a punch in the shoulder from Hoseok.

They ate and chatted with as much friendliness as can be expected when a group of friends is introduced to a person who only knows one of the group. Hoseok sat close by his sister the whole time, changing the subject or glaring every time someone brought up anything about her being pretty, about whether she had a boyfriend and basically any compliment towards her from anyone but the other two girls and his manager.

After they finished eating they went for a walk to get some ice cream for dessert at a good place close by. Hoseok's sister ended up walking next to Rap Monster's younger sister, a cute girl she instantly liked.

"Our brothers are looking at us." Rap Monster's sister commented after a while of walking.

It was true, she realized. Both Rap Monster and Hoseok were walking not far from them, clearly trying to give them some space but at the same time clearly worrying, turning their heads to look at them every once in a while.

"Aish, Hoseok can be so bothersome sometimes."

"Namjoon-oppa's like that too." The other girl told her with a sigh. "Why can't I get V for a brother? He's just playing around with his sister, not worrying at all."

"At least your brother is older. Hoseok's younger than me and he still worries all the time. You know, he actually tried to get me to change my outfit before coming to meet you?"

"Really?! Namjoon-oppa did that to me too! Except, he really made me go change. I wanted to wear my pink skirt but he said it was too short..." The girl frowned and Hoseok's sister laughed.

"I guess that's a perk of being older. I can tell him to shove it sometimes."

The two girls smiled at each other, already feeling like close friends.

"Yo, what are you two laughing at?" V asked, seeing their smiles. He moved to walk between them, his sister coming in at Rap Monster's sister's side. "Talking about something fun?"

Immediately Hoseok was there, squeezing himself between V and his sister. Rap Monster came as well, more slowly and not as imposingly, contending himself with joining the group rather than full on separating V from his sister.

At Hoseok's move his sister couldn't help but laugh. "Oh, we're just talking about our idiot brothers."

"Hah, I've got plenty of stories of them being idiots!" V piped up happily. "Did you know that last week, when we were..."

Despite all of Hoseok's attempts to drag V away from his sister the boy persisted in his conversation, seemingly completely oblivious to his friend's aggravation. His sister didn't help matters either, frequently pushing Hoseok aside to keep up the chat. Soon Suga and Jimin joined in and, out of the corner of her eye, she saw Rap Monster walking protectively by his sister as she chatted with Jin and Jungkook.

The two girls caught each others eye at one point, sharing a smile before going back to annoying their brother's by being friendly with their friends.
