You groggily opened your eyes, only to suddenly feel wide awake at the realization of what day it was. Christmas was here!

"Hoseok, wake up!" You ordered him happily, nudging him from your now sitting position. He grumbled sleepily, trying to pull the covers over his face.

"Oppaaa~" You whined, tugging at his arm. "Wake uuuupp, oppa, it’s Christmassss!"

Hoseok half opened one eye to peak up at your beaming face. He couldn’t help but chuckle, sleepily sitting up and announcing: “Okay, okay, I’m up.”

Christmas was your absolute number one favourite holiday of the year and you were excited as heck about it. As soon as Hoseok sat up you pecked him on the cheek before jumping out of bed, putting on a CD with holiday themed music and hurriedly brushing your teeth. When you got back into the bedroom Hoseok was still sitting on the bed, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.

"Get up already!" You pulled him to his feet, causing him to laugh at your enthusiasm.

"Alright, alright. Just one last thing…" He pulled you in for a kiss, which you returned. "Mmm, just what I needed." He smiled at you and your cheeks tinted pink before you laughed and dragged him out to the living room, still in your pajamas.

"I take it you don’t want breakfast first?" Hoseok asked with a laugh as you pushed him down on the couch.

"Presents first, breakfast later!" You told him, heading to the tree and picking up a wrapped bundle which you promptly gave to him. "Merry Christmas!"

Hoseok’s eyebrows rose as he read the card, it was your present to him. He’d figured you were excited about your gifts but from the way you were bouncing still it seemed you mostly wanted to see him open this one.

"You sure you don’t wanna open one of yours first?" He asked, laughing when you ushered him to hurry up and open the present already! He unwrapped it slowly at first, just to tease you, before tearing off the rest of the wrapping paper.

"Uah, nice!" Hoseok couldn’t help but grin widely as he saw his present. A nice hoodie that he immediately loved and a video game he really wanted, this gift couldn’t have been better if he’d picked it out himself.

"Do you like it?" You asked, your eyes scanning his face for approval despite his smile.

"Like it? I love it!" He pulled you towards him once more, the kiss lasting much longer this time.

"Thank you, jagiya." He told you when he finally pulled away. "This gift is perfect." You grinned back at him, happy he liked what you had picked out.

"Now, open mine!" Hoseok tickled you into the couch, leaving you lying there giggling while he fetched his gift to you.

You bounced in excitement again, tearing off the wrapping paper. You gasped as you saw the contents; what you had thought were two books were actually one book (which you really wanted to read) and a book sized jewelry box. Opening it you found a gorgeous necklace, a silver heart with a turquoise stone in the middle.

"Oppa…" You whispered, amazed.

"You like it?" Hoseok asked, already smiling at your awestruck face. Before he knew it you had thrown yourself into his arms, leaving dozens of kisses all over his face.

"Oppa, this is the most beautiful present I’ve ever gotten!" You told him, hugging him tight. "You didn’t have to, I mean… oh my gosh it’s so pretty!"

Hoseok laughed, squeezing you back. “I’m glad you like it.” He told you, pecking your nose.

"Can you put it on for me?" You asked, grinning as he complied. You immediately loved the feel of the cold metal on your skin, admiring it around your neck.

"So," Hoseok said, bringing your attention back to him, "How about we have some breakfast before opening the rest of the presents?" He suggested. "I’m starving."

You nodded and the two of you headed into the kitchen, exchanging occasional kisses as you prepared an extravagant Christmas breakfast.
