You were woken up by the sound of your ringtone, BTS’s We Are Bulletproof Pt 2, blasting into your ear. Your hand fumbled for your phone and, finally finding it, you groggily picked up.

"Hello?" You asked, wondering who it could be at 1 am.

"Hey, jagiya." You felt yourself wake up a bit more at the sound of Hoseok’s voice.

"Oppa? Why are you calling so late? Is everything okay?"

"No." You heard him whine and instantly you sat bolt upright. "I miss youuu."

You relaxed. Was that all? Not that you didn’t miss him too, he’d been so busy lately that you hadn’t seen him for over two weeks.

"Yah, don’t scare me like that." You scolded, smiling to yourself. "I miss you too, babo."

"I’m really sorry I’ve been so busy lately. And for calling so late. We just got back from a thing and I couldn’t fall asleep cause I miss you too much."

You were grinning now and blushed a bit when you realized it. You loved hearing Hoseok tell you how much he cared about you, you could always hear how sincere he was.

"Awww, my poor tired baby." You cooed. "Want me to stay on the phone with you so you can fall asleep?"

"It’s not the same as holding you." Hoseok sighed. Then his tone changed and he added: "Although, if I could touch you right now I wouldn’t be wasting time sleeping."

"Oppa!" You squeaked, hearing him chuckle through the phone. Despite your squeak him saying that made you wish he really was there with you.

"Say, can I come over?" He asked, dead serious.

"What? How? I mean, it’s the middle of the night. Besides, you shouldn’t leave the dorm so late. Don’t you have stuff scheduled tomorrow, too?"

"I do," Hoseok confessed, "But I’d much rather get scolded for sneaking out than to wait another week to see you."

"Babo~" You muttered affectionately.

"So that’s settled then. See you in half an hour?"

You gaped at your phone. “Hoseok, you can’t just sneak out!”

"Watch me." He told you, hanging up. You could practically see him winking as he said it, that adorable determined expression on his face.

You leaned back against your headboard with a sigh and a small smile. It seemed like you’d get to see your boyfriend sooner than you had thought.
