HONGBIN POV

It was good to have her here with me again. Her small smiles catching my eye, her eyes sparkling like stars and her laughter filling the room. I finally got some laughter out of her. I missed her laugh… I missed her.

“Finished?” I said gesturing towards her plate of croissants. She nodded and I set it on the table beside the bed. I pulled her closer to me, wanting to feel her warmth. I was content just sitting here basking in her presence but I was sure I needed to make an effort for her.

“Do you want to go anywhere today?” I said looking at her innocent face

“mhmm… I don’t know” she said turning her face away as my face got closer

“oh don’t give me that answer. You want to go somewhere don’t you” I laughed ‘typical girl answer when they’re asked a question’

Her sweet laugh filled the room once again “okay okay. I do want to go somewhere… but you have to guess”

“Guess?” I said taken aback ‘I’m the worst at guessing’

She nodded cutely “surely you must know me well by now oppa~” she pouted cutely

‘oh gosh I’m such a er for aegyo’ “YAH! Are you giving me aegyo?” I slightly pushed her arm and she continued pouting insisting for me to guess

I sighed a couple of times thinking of places she would want to go…somewhere to eat? She was always hungry, except at breakfast… or the shops? No she’d probably want to go with Zinni… ‘where could she possibly want to go?’

“You really don’t know?” She said laughing at my furrowed eyebrows “It’s a place where most girls want to go for a date”

My head shot up the moment she said that but not because I guessed the place “Yah so it’s a date huh?” I wriggled my eyebrows at her

“no nope no. I was just giving you a hint” she said scooting playfully away from me

“oh come on” I grabbed onto her waist bringing her closer “you know you want this to be a date”

“just guess the place” she pouted

Knowing I didn’t want to make her upset I furrowed my eyebrows and used the hint she gave me.

“a place where most girls want to go for a date?” I muttered to myself and looked in her direction as she simply nodded

After a few moments of trying to guess I still had no clue. I looked at her “give me another hint or else we’ll never be able to go”

“ah okay…” Her lips were pursed as she thought of a hint ‘she’s so cute’ “I got one!... You have to win something”

“ah I see. I’ll win your heart?” I said jokingly as I poked my tongue at her

“yah yah yah.” She said playfully hitting me

I thought about it again because she seemed to really want to go. “A place where most girls want to go for a date and where I have to win something” She nodded again and laughed at me confusion

She sighed at my slow thinking “you’re not going to guess it. Just take me to the amusement park”

“Amusement park? Okay. Let’s Go! Let’s Go!” I said taking her hand and jumping up from the bed

“Wait.” She stopped me in my tracks “You should probably change out of your suit”

I looked down at my appearance and she laughed at me. I ran out of the room to change as she called out “I think I’ll change too maybe into something warmer”

“No don’t change we don’t have time just put a cardigan on” I screamed back

YOUR POV

I was so excited to spend a day out with Hongbin. This will hopefully clear up everything.

We got into Hongbin’s car and he turned the radio on. We sang to so many songs but the song ‘Some’ By Soyou and Junggigo caught me eye. It sort of related to my relationship with Hongbin. ‘Being confused of one another’s feelings, seeming like lovers and then just seeming like nothing.’

We finally got to the amusement park and my excitement was overflowing. Hongbin was excited but probably just laughing at me was 50% of his excitement. We saw the big gates and we walked hand in hand unconsciously.

“Why is it called an amusement park?” Hongbin looked at me questioningly

“I’m not sure. I guess because well we get amused… we have fun.” I giggled at my bad explanation

“Are you amused then?” He said trying to make me laugh again

“Not if we don’t get inside the gates” At my words I was whisked away by Hongbin

We went on so many rides together. Rollercoasters, small train rides and water rides.

“Wasn’t that fun?” Hongbin asked and I nodded in response. I eyed the game stalls and it seemed like Hongbin caught my eye because he said “Ah right I have to win something?”

I smiled at his question and we ran to the booth where you had to use a hammer to hit a target. The harder you hit the target the bigger the prize.

“What should I win you?” He said as he held the hammer in his arms.

“I want the pink owl!!” I said jumping up and down

Hongbin smiled at me in response as he hit the target. The score was 75%

“yah. You won’t get me the big owl if you can only get 75%” I said jokingly

He laughed at me remark “okay okay. I’ll try again”

I clapped my hands together waiting for him to start. Just as he was going to hit the target he looked back towards me “I need some encouragement”

I stared at him questioningly but cheered him on “Win me the pink owl Oppa~ You can do it!” I laughed at my shocking aegyo

The person running the game stall stopped Hongbin before he was going to hit the target “I think your boyfriend needs more than that… maybe a kiss on the cheek”

‘Oh gosh this man is trying to make this day bad’ I laughed to myself as my cheeks went red ‘wait was this going to make my day bad?’

I gave Hongbin a small peck on the cheek as he leaned his cheek towards me. I hid my face in embarrassment as he hit the target.

“95%” the man said

Hongbin looked at me slightly pouting and I turned to him “I even gave you a kiss on the cheek!” I laughed as he turned to the man pouting

The man laughed at Hongbin’s efforts but said “Look I’ll give you the pink owl just because you too are so cute together”

I was so happy about everything. Hongbin and I said our thank yous and I got my pink owl.

“I think I deserve a kiss” Hongbin said as we were walking out of the amusement park gates

I quickly gave him a small kiss on the cheek because I was thankful. He really did make a big effort.

Hongbin shook his head “Nope on the lips”
