When he says, he will call. He really meant it. I’m in the middle of making a glass of hot chocolate for my usual over-night study session then my phone screams for my attention. When he didn’t call after dinner, I thought he wouldn’t call at all today but he is. Despite all grumpy feeling at the manner less person who calls me late at night, I found myself picking up the phone, looks at the unknown number and slide the answer button annoyingly.

“Hello!” if the caller is smart enough, he would know that I’m pissed for receiving a call this late from my tone. “Dara..” I froze at the husky voice. What the heck! What did he aim calling me late night with husky+y voice? is he trying to seduce me? Oh, believe me, I’m already fall for you. Hard. i even found myself a bit trembling. gash...

“J…Ji…” I cleared my throat. “Jiyong?”

“Dara..why are you running away from me?” he says suddenly. Too sudden. Out of blue if I may add.

“Jiyong-ah..wae..weaire? Are you okay? You sounds weird.” Yeah. He sounds like he is in pain, hurt even. As I remember, he seems okay that evening. Did he that sad I disappear just like that? eeee…No way… Did he?

“Answer me Dara. Don’t avoid me again.” He pushed. ‘Ottokae? There’s no answer for that. As if I can says I made promise with your girlfriend not to meet you again. Hul.’

“I’m not running away from you Jiyong-ah. I’m still here. You can’t see me but I am here. I’m not going anywhere.” That is the truth though. Even if I am not his side, he always invading my mind. Thus, he is always with me. Same goes with him, if he thinks about me, then I am always with him.

“You know I didn’t mean like that. Why you leave just like that? I thought we are friend?” – “We are friend Jiyong-ah.” But I hope for more. Mianhe.

After that, the only thing I heard is his slow breathing. As I am too feel ease with the silent.Not long after that, he says something that I afraid he would say. But eventually, I know I can’t avoid it. He found me.

“Dara, can we meet this weekend? Please..” – “I have some-“ – “I thought you says we are friend?” argghh..I feel like pulling my hair as I am frustrated with his trick. I know he at least would be grinning like an idiot after sensing my tense.
