"Uh, Kris?" Tao asked, peeking his head in the bedroom door.

Kris looked up from where he sat working on his computer. "What's wrong, Panda?" he asked as if nothing was different.

Tao offered him a confused look as he emerged into the room. "Panda?" He asked, sitting down next to Kris when the older patted the spot next to him.

"It's a nickname." Kris explained, shutting his laptop and setting it down on his night stand. "I call you Panda because your eyes remind me of a Panda bear." He chuckled, wrapping his arm around Tao. "Now what was it you needed?" He asked, pecking the younger's cheek.

Tao nodded remembering what he'd come in for. "I can't figure out how to turn the shower on." He admitted sadly. Kris only smiled, taking Tao's hand and leading him to the bathroom.

"It's okay if you don't understand, Tao." He pulled the younger into the room and Turned the faucet on. "The right is cold, and the left is hot, okay?" Tao nodded, watching Kris' movements.

"I think I got it." Tao mumbled, struggling to get his shirt off. Getting it on was easy, getting it off was another story. "Wait, this goes...ugh...Why is it so easy to put on and hard to take off?" Tao complained, still fighting with his t-shirt. Kris only chuckled before going over and helping his struggling fiance.

"Let me help you, baby." He said, reaching down to grab the hem of the shirt. Tao had succeeded in getting one arm out, but was having trouble with the other. "Pull your arm out." Kris said, removing the fabric when Tao's arm was out.

The younger was left standing shirtless in the middle of the room as Kris laid the shirt down. "Do you need help with your pants?" Kris asked, a light blush tinting his cheeks as he cleared his throat. Tao shook his head. "I think I can get it." He said, undoing the button successfully. He looked up and Kris, giving him a small smile.

"Thank you for helping me." He said, stepping forward ad giving Kris a kiss on his lips. The older held him for just a moment before letting go and hurriedly exiting the room.

"No problem, yell if you need me, okay?" Tao nodded once, shutting the door behind his lover. Once Kris heard the soft click of the door behind him, he slid down the door, taking a seat on the floor.

Tao had been home less than a week, and he was having problems being alone with him. Every time the younger was around him, he would think it was just like it was before. Then he would see the confused look in Tao's eyes, he would remember all that had happened, causing his heart to break into little pieces again.

It was even worse when he had to help Tao get dressed.

He desperately wanted to wrap his arms around Tao's torso, pressing kisses all over his exposed skin, running his hands along the curves of his back, cradling his body close to him. Making love to him till all hours of the night, round after round of , simply enjoying the feel of each other's bodies.

It was all so hard having to start from the beginning, and it was taking a toll on his heart. He could handle everything else, but he just couldn't seem to handle this.

Kris suddenly fell backwards, landing on the floor. "Oh my gosh! Kris, are you okay?!" Tao asked, crouching down beside him. He was now fully dressed in his pajama's, hair still slightly wet. "I didn't know you were leaning against the door." Kris chuckled from where he laid. "I'm fine Tao." He said, getting up off the bathroom floor.

"Are you sure? Does your back hurt? Are you in pain? I can go get you ice!" Kris grabbed Tao's wrist before he could run away. "Tao, I'm okay, really. Don't worry. I didn't even hit the floor that hard." Tao nodded, a small frown on his lips. Kris brushed his wet hair away from his eyes. "What's wrong?" He asked.

Tao sighed as he picked his towel up from the floor. "I feel bad, I didn't know you were there." He hung his head, fiddling with the fringe of the towel. Kris felt a small smile tugging his lips. He lifted his hands, tilting Tao's chin up. "Baby, it was an accident, I know you didn't do it on purpose." He ran his thumb along Tao's bottom lip before placing a soft peck on his lips.

Tao sighed, letting the towel fall to the floor. He wrapped his arms around Kris' middle, holding the older closer to his body. "Baby, you alright?" Kris asked, rubbing his hands up and down Tao's back. He knew this was dangerous territory, but he could tell something was bothering him. Tao nodded, nuzzling his face into Kris' chest.

"I just wanted you to hold me." He said, breathing in Kris' sent. The older buried his face in Tao's hair, gently kissing his head. "Tao, you can tell me anything, I'll still love you regardless." He said, tangling his fingers in Tao's hair.

The younger looked up at him, staring into the dark brown orbs. "I have these feelings when I'm around you." He admitted, a light blush tinting his cheeks.

Kris smiled down at him, brushing his fingers along his jaw. "What kind of feelings?" He asked, placing a tender kiss on his cheek. Tao cheeks flushed an even deeper shade of red. "Like, I always want to kiss you, and I want you to hold me, and...other things..." he admitted, all the while turning red. Kris could only laugh at how cute Tao was.

So it wasn't just him. Tao was feeling too. It made him happy knowing that Tao still had the same desires he did before his accident. "We'll get there, eventually. But I don't want to push you into something that would make you uncomfortable." Tao smiled up at his lover, feeling his heart skip a beat.

Kris leaned down, pressing their lips together. "I want to make love to you when the time is right, you've only been home for a week." He leaned down, picking up the towel, taking Tao's hand, and lead him to the bedroom. "Come on, let's go to bed." He said, tossing the towel in the hamper.

That night Kris held Tao in his arms, whispering sweet nothings in his ear as they drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
