Answer Me 2009Recycled trainees debut under AMENT's new girl group. 2011
This year has been no expection to the amount of rookies debut this year, and surprisingly, AMENT has debuted a second girl group despite barely getting their name out there. First, they debuted Starry Skies with the digital single of Turtle which charted fairly well for a rookie ballad girl duo. After that, those two members went to debut in a girl group called Mir4cle which rocked the end of the year charts with their debut single called Poison.
Now, they are giving us a girl group with trainees that aren't exactly familiar faces. All five trainees are girls from other very famous companies. Miseul, their main dancer and leader, was a former YG trainee who failed to make into 2NE1. Hyeri, their lead dancer and lead vocalist, was set to debut with f(x) until a sudden injury. Minjung, their main rapper as well as visual who appeared in many SM videos, and Star, their triple threat, were also former SM trainees. Their maknae and main vocalist, Hyemi, was a former JYP trainee who was supposedly set to debut as a soloist.
Much like B2ST, there has been lot of buzz as they aren't exactly new faces in the industry. They are "recycled," but they definitely are talented. They made their debut with Venus, and also showed us a very vocally strong performance.
[ + 446, - 15 ] They can't even make it into their new company's first girl group. What gives them a right to debut?
[ + 432, - 45 ] Flop, flop, flop. They put Magikarp to shame.
