Though all the six original girls were interested in who the newbies were, they didn't try to converse with the four new girls the next morning. Of course, when they all arrived at the HQ the next morning, they were greeted by the CEO and the camera crew once more. With a smile, the CEO waved at all the girls who did not seem exactly happy. Afterwards, he then said, "Morning girls, I expect that you all were greeted by a surprise, correct?"

Some of the girls nodded while the others just stayed silent, unsure of what to say. Before they had a chance to respond, he then said, "Well, let me explain everything. Yoojin will help me explain of course."

Yoojin coughed to clear and then began to speak, "Well, the four new girls are actually new recruits besides Jaemi who has been training with the company for the past few years. She's just been busy with several CFs and dramas, so, you haven't been able to run into her."

"Anyways, these girls happened to pass an audition and it would only be fair to give them a chance at debuting too. We wanted the girls who have the right skill set to debut," Jaemin finished off. He then turned to the four new girls and began to introduce them individually to the camera as well as the original trainees.

He first talked about Jaemi who had grown up in the industry, training under his company after getting to a certain age. Obviously, the girls recognized her from High Kick and were quite surprised that she was under their company. It was quite obvious that she stayed low profile or else Jongsik, another trainee of the company, would have blabbered about her to them. The next girl the CEO talked about was Flora, a former DSP trainee, who grew up in London. She was an excellent dancer as well as an actress that trained alongside Rainbow, but she did not debut as she felt like she wasn't prepared.

Jaemin then moved onto the youngest of the bunch, Hyemi. She was a JYP Entertainment trainee who actually was familiar with Haneul (they conversed a bit as the van drove them to the HQ), but she had left the company after her contract expired. There wasn't much to say about the young girl besides the fact that she appeared in Coffee Shop as a cameo. Now, the last trainee he talked about was Chanmi who was completely new to the whole idea of the entertainment industry. She had auditioned the previous month, but she was not contacted until last week to join the company. She showed the cameramen a sample of her rapping in order for the audience to gauge her skills.

After all the introductions were done, they would begin to record their introduction to the show. It was a song composed by one of the trainees of the company, Jaesun, earlier in the year. Yoojin as well as another vocal trainer named Sumin would be overseeing the recording, and the girls were all nervous.

Yoojin happened to be a tyrant when it came to this stuff, and Sumin was no better herself.

And so, the girls would be recording one by one (or two by two as there were three vocal booths and two vocal trainees. Each of them would oversee a portion of the girls, so, technically). Yoojin called in Hyeri while Sumin called in Minjung to begin recording.

After Hyeri did one run through of her lines, Yoojin scoffed and then bluntly said, "Did you want to become a singer, Hyeri? Because if you sound like this now, you'll never be able to debut. Did I teach you nothing?"

Hyeri flinched at the insult. As much as she wished that she was used to her vocal coach's sharp words, she wasn't. Every insult ate away at her temper, but she knew she couldn't fight back the woman who clearly had more experience. She let out a sigh and tried once more. After a half hour or so, she still couldn't please the rather uptight woman.

Yoojin raised her eyebrow after thirty minutes had passed and then rolled her eyes. She look through the recording glass and then lowere her head to the microphone in order to speak to the girl once more. "Take a break, Hyeri. And go call in Summer or Haneul."

On the other hand, Minjung had an easier time going through her lines. Unlike Hyeri, she had less difficult parts that required less skill overall. Sumin laughed at the girl when she confused some of the lyrics as Korean wasn't her first language, but she said nothing besides that. Without much time passing, she was done and the next girl, Miseul, entered the vocal booth.

Though the girl had a nice and strong voice, she had been given a rather small amount of lines as she was apart of the unofficial dance line of the company. Miseul wasn't upset, but she wasn't exactly happy about this. Of course, she said nothing as she knew that complaining would get her nowhere. She saw Hyeri leave the vocal booth that Yoojin was overseeing with an upset facial expression, and she knew that she should be glad that she did not have to sing a good majority of the song. 

After getting through her lines quite quickly after just one or two tries, Sumin dismissed her and said nothing more.
