Chapter 11

Whatever is done is done. I am being a total up for portraying I am alright at the same time dealing with bunch of medias; and also him at the same time!

It is pure luck the media buy the reasons of insufficient rest that cause me black out;

The girls stop mentioning about him after sensing I would tense up whenever I heard anything regarding him. How long could I hold up with the numb feelings I had? I made a mistake to have a relationship at working place.

It has been two weeks I am avoiding him;

I wouldn’t know what feelings should I have to face him? Aish, why the hell am I being such a perfectionist? Why wouldn’t I hear his explanations!! 

Shouldn't I trust him? Aish, LEE CHAERIN what does your 8 months relationship means to you when you couldn't even trust him enough or listen to him?

again the other side of my brain would be thinking how could he betray me? what does our 8 months meant to him then?

am i just another girl? at the end of the day, what am I to him? what should I do? why? why would he kiss her? 

Is she the first one to be found out or there are others? 

Tears filled my eyes, get a grip Chaerin! You need to be strong! 

My both wounded palm reminds me of how stupid I am to commit suicide for some ruthless and betrayer!

Without hesitation, I grab my cell and dial his number, I need to end all this tug a war thing;

“Baby!” a cheerful voice exclaim at the other end;

“Can we meet at our usual spot tonight by 8?”

“Are you Lee Chaerin?”

Sigh. What is he up to now?

“Look, I am not interested with you Q and A session game! See you there”

I hung up without waiting for his reply;

“It is depressing to see her in such a broken state; I never know the power of love would totally change a person!” I sighed, scooping up my vanilla and corn flavor ice cream;

“If only she is not so stubborn and listen to Ji, I don’t get it why are you girls always jumping to conclusion without hearing sides of explanations and worst it is always the pessimistic conclusion!”

I rolled my eyes; such a waste for a husky y voice and looks but with dumb brains? Or was he being straight forward?

“FYI, it is the chromosome X that just couldn’t stay clear from mixing up their relationships, we are just being too loyal and in the end it is always heartbreak what we get!” I sneered at him while we were walking our way back to my place since I need to keep an eye on my sister;

I don’t want her to do anything stupid again, Dara and Baby Min also has been taking turns to go drop by her apartment making sure she is alright;

“Touche~ not all “chromosome X” are like that noona! For your best example would be the one walking beside you now!” he beamed;

“Ya ya dearest tabi~ from what I heard it is totally opposite, whatever happens to mr-oh-top-being-a-pain-in-the- during clubbing time with the boys?”

I chuckled when he pretended to grab his chest in pain;

“I am just making friends and no I stay clear whenever I sense red zone from the predators  ‘chromosome Y’!”

“Hasn’t any that attracted your ruthless steel heart yet? I don’t believe you!”

“Well.. I am keeping my heart for someone who is playing hard to get or might be lack of awareness to notice it, I might as well drop on my both knees every night and pray for someone would knock some sense into her to realize” he blushed and ruffles his hair acting cool

“I am surprised mr-smooth-talker! How could the unlucky girl doesn’t notice your extravagant flirty words huh?” I threw my sunglasses and scarf on the dining table and sat on the couch,

These two weeks I am constantly hanging out with this devil; don’t get me wrong!

I certainly needed his services only; he would come handy IF my sister decided to do something stupid, at least there is someone with enough strength to break through the doors or the usual where he would have to carry Chaerin into her bedroom every night;

Chaerin started having weird habits, she just stares into the busy streets view from her apartments and lost in her own world, barely eating and every night falls asleep by the couch.

“Noona, I need to get back to studio, has something to do with teddy oppa”

“Araaa, I am sorry constantly disturbing you for the past week” I stood up to unlock the door for him;

“Well, how about some pay back then?” he smirked; I eyed him warily

“Yah! What do you want then? Nothing ert!”

“Aish, why are you so bias towards me! I am no ert!”

He popped his cheeks nearer and pointed towards his cheek, grinning

“A thank you kiss!”

“What the hell? Yah! Sick devil!” I angrily slap his arm;

“Yah BOMTARO!! It hurts! What is wrong with a thank you kiss? You are so-“

I lean towards and supposing kiss his cheeks to stop him from going on and on with his reasons and unreasonable words, I might as well go insane to have his presence longer!
