Chapter 14
One Story, Three Endings
Hmmm, I don’t feel like going out today. …
But I guess it’s not bad to join a club…
I’ll check it out.
I wrote NO Thanks on Hikaru’s paper and OKAY FINE in Suoh Tamaki’s letter. I looked at Hikaru. He signed back okay no problem and paid attention to class. Very understanding, that’s my best friend. I smiled. I looked at Suoh Tamaki.
…
I can almost see angels flying over his head. He noticed me and shot me a wink. He gave me a thumbs up and signed back good job!
…WEIRD GUY.
Anyway, the class went on and soon ended. I just finished packing up my things when suddenly somebody took me by the hand and dragged me out of the room.
Suoh Tamaki.
“Let’s go Fujioka-san!” He said with a happy tone. “U..Uhuh…” I just said. There’s just something about this guy…kinda childish perhaps? A childish king?
“Pfft…”
Tamaki looked at me, curiously. “Something wrong?” I covered my mouth to prevent myself from laughing. Then I smiled at him. “N-Nothi…ng…”
Then he brightened up. “Which club would you like to see? Is it the manga club?”
I tried to think. “Hmmm, is there a book club? A math club?”
“Ah…wanna check out the manga club?” “Do you have a science club?” “Why don’t we check out the manga club?” He insisted.
Annoying…It’s useless.
“Fine. I’m gonna check out the manga club.” I pouted.
“Yay!!!” He did a little happy dance. I don’t think I’m supposed to be in the same grade as this person. I wish I just replied yes to Hikaru’s letter. Sigh.
“Let’s…go…!” He grabbed my hand and lead me through the hall way.
