Everyone wants to change something about their body, and for most women, its their weight or appearance.
1. DO NOT just stop eating! It actually makes you fatter. If you practically starve yourself any food that you DO eat as fat is kept in your body because it is in survival mode.
2. Watch what you eat. For example, instead of going out for a McDonald's cheeseburger, go get a cold-cut sandwich from Subway, or even better, make yourself a nice sandwich or salad at home. Remember, you are what you eat.
3. Work out, but not too often, because you'll work yourself too hard and then you'll appear tired and under-nourished. Try three times a week and do simple things like situps and jogging.
4. Dress for your size, using ruffles, contouring and patterns to disguise less loved areas.
5. Try out gradual tanning products, as it is very true tanned limbs appear thinner.
6. Have some confidence in yourself and your body, people gravitate towards confident, leading characters. Don't let others make you feel insecure about yourself. You are beautiful and you yourself need to know that.
