Feeling Good From The Inside

Get your sleep: Tiredness also affects how we feel and often life seems much harder when trying to be lived through tired eyes. Always remember to get a good amount of sleep . . . you will reap the benefits!

Positivity:  We can all go through tough times, but trying to stay on top of the good and bad in your life is important. Maybe we can do that by doing something that genuinely makes you feel happy:  whether singing, exercising, reading , lolling about or watching a favourite film.

Remember your friends: Having a good, in-depth chat to a great pal can make everything feel so much better. It also makes your friend feel good too.

Rise above any anger!:  Anger is what many of us feel when we are taken to task or feel threatened. But being angry or resentful can take a toll on everyday life.

Do  a juice cleanse:  Nothing better than doing a fruit and vegetable juice cleanse for a few days. It is bound to clear your system and make you jump out of bed feeling energetic each morning.

Have big Fun:  When we laugh we release endorphins ('feel good' hormones) so having a seriously good belly laugh is bound to make all of us feel more relaxed, less stressed and just plain happy!

Live in the moment: Being enthusiastic about anything you do is the only way t do it, even if it’s just hanging out, lazing back or being incredibly active . . they're all bound to make you feel better! Relish the experience . . . every time!

Sleep on it: Everything seems to look and feel better after you've 'slept' on it. There is nothing like sleeping on a problem  . .  your mind is always  clearer and calmer after a good siesta!

Don't worry, be happy: Try not to over-worry about things you can’t do anything about. Think of the big picture and remember that what seems like something mountain-like will, in a few days, or even a week, month or year,  seem tiny and unimportant.

Take joy in the simple things:  Whether going for a walk, a swim, doing some meditation or, even a  Zumba class!, go for it!
